But I did just that and here's how that went. I'm fuming. I ordered Mona Lisa after debating between them and Villa Monte. My daughter went to get the order. Nothing crazy, we figured we'd split a hero (potato and egg). It was $1.00 more than VM, but whatever. I wish I took a picture of it. It was half the size of VM and had barely anything in it. It was actually pathetic. I called them and they said they would immediately send another one. 5 minutes later they called back to say they needed the original one back. I already started eating it. I grew up around the block from this pizzeria and have been with them since the beginning. Owner is a master pizza maker and according to the awards all over their walls, has earned that title in many pizza competitions In America and Italy. They have great variety and really amazing food. My usual choices are the regular pizza, grandma pizza, Buffalo pizza, and chicken Caesar salad pizza. All get a 10/10 from me. As for their pizzas in general, I am more of a fan of any of their square specialty pies, because the consistency of the structure is always there. I quickly ate the slice which was hot and delicious but when I went to eat my salad the chicken is COLD. I called her up and I'm like why is the chicken cold, you said it was grilled fresh, she's like I'm not sure why it's cold I'm sorry. Aside from the food tasting like trash, I was in there today and I was highly disappointed with what I saw. The owner, 2 of the workers, and the delivery driver were not wearing masks. (This was a takeout) my wife phoned in an order for a buffalo chicken WRAP. After she bought it home, she found out that she got a (SANDWICH) instead of the wrap. My son called to let them know about the mixup. After he finished talking to the person on the phone, he overheard the person who took the call telling someone "they don't know what the f**k, they want". Few minutes later, he came back and said that he will send someone with the right order. 10 minutes later a woman called my wife and started - in a very condescending way- explaining to my wife the difference between a sandwich and a wrap and next time she (my wife) should know what to order. They declined to bring the right order, however, they agreed to issue a credit. Again, no customer should be talked to like this. EVER!!!
