An hour and a half in the bitter cold alley later and line hadn't moved. Paid $10 for a notary waiver for a minor child and never got that, or my time back. Not one person in line moved so we eventually left. One very positive thing that came out of this was I met an awesome dude at Monique's about 20 minutes away who was an expert piercer with small a wait time and he took less than five minutes with his professionalism and skill to complete this simple ask. He walked us through the process and was very patient and accommodating, helping us with size recommendation and placement, changes to placement if we wanted to see it at a different angle, etc. and then he went to work and it was a breeze! The manager and assistant manager and head of HR wasn't present (I am suspicious that it's all the same guy) but at least there were pictures of him...even in the restroom (iykyk).
