DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR JEWERLY. what a terrible experience!!!!! I came in here with 3 jewerly questions... of which she didn't help with any, but brushed me off instead. When it came to purchasing a new piece of jewelry, she led me to believe that one with much larger gauge would fit my piercing. I even asked for her assistance to put in the new jewelry before I left, which she said that there's a $20 charge Jess for assisting me, even though I was purchasing the jewelry. Well, guess what, of course the jewelry does not fit. It is quite unfortunate that I let her guidance and what I thought was her knowledge guide me to buy a piece of jewelry I cannot even use. After a horrible experience that I had the foresight to walk away from, I "Bing"ed tattoo places and a list popped up. Kill'em All had the best reviews. So we ventured over there. We had to come back because they were not open until 2pm. When we went back we were greeted as we walked in. Place is spotless and decorated very nicely. I explained the tattoo I wanted to Charlie, showed my drawing and he showed me two artists that would be the best fit. Went here last night... I enjoyed my experience. Although my friends said I over paid and I'm sure I could have negotiated the price... But I was fine with the price. My piercer was very unprofessional.I arrived before he did . I don't know much about septum piercing but i know he did not even clamp my nose to pierce it in the correct spot . He struggled for a minute to push the needle through and i was in so much pain . Afterwards he took his mask off and the Whif of alcohol from him was insane he was definitely under the influence . A little dissatisfied, I went here about a week ago to get my triages pierced and the tattoo artist/ piercer, Charles was dope... but when I went to get my boyfriends nose looked at to see if he needed it re-pierced.. which I knew he didn't need... This place is great!! Charlie was super sweet and even though I was relatively picky, he gave great advice and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. He was super gentle, definitely the easiest tattoo out of my 3! He took his time, even though it was a super simple tattoo, to really make sure the ink looked great and all. This place is super clean and really pleasant to just chill in. (Great music taste too.) This place is clearly about the art and definitely try their best to make sure you love every aspect of what you're getting done. Definitely would recommend this to anyone, especially since I was just a walk-in myself. If I was from the area, I'd definitely be returning. read more

I WILL NEVER give them my business.Went there to start my sleeve, and couldn't talk to the artist face to face. Talked to the guy at the counter and he would walk in the back and relay my message. Still paid a hundred dollar deposit to have it drawn up after I emailed them my idea. Never emailed me back or even showed me a drawing of it, so not sure even got done. I had an apointment to start it, but something came up at work and had to leave town so I called to reshedule. After leaving several messages never heard back. I got a tattoo from Charlie last night and had a great experience! I had gone in afternoon for a quick consult, as I already had a design, and then made an appointment for later in the evening. Charlie executed it perfectly! He was very professional and fairly light handed, doing small bits at a time, so it was nice to get little breaks. Don't go to this place!!! If you're thinking about getting a piercing done here I strongly recommend reconsidering. I went into the shop to get my rook pierced (right ear) and when I went home I had realized Charlie pierced the wrong part of my ear, my daith. Charlie didn't draw dots on me for a reference at all; I asked him about it and his words were "not to sound cocky but I know what I'm doing, I don't need the reference" I trusted him but meanwhile he pierced the wrong part in my ear. It wasn't at all what I asked for, it took him about 5-8 minutes to get the needle through my ear, extremely painful, I can't wear headphones trust me the list goes on. My dad went back the next day to talk to him because I was pretty upset about having a different piercing than I asked for. Charlie is a nice guy and agreed to pierce something else for me for free. I go into the shop a couple days ago to get my rook pierced (left ear) again using no reference Charlie left me cut up in three different places on my ear. I will never go to this shop again. I waited a really long time to actually get my first tattoo. I tried to choose the right place...I failed miserably. I had an appointment with Mike (the owner). I should have walked, no scratch that, I should have RUN, when he didn't even to bother to show up. His lackey took pictures for this disrespectful owner, and consulted with me for HIM. They ended up talking me into something much bigger that I ever considered, most likely for the $$$. When my appointment time arrived around a week later, Mike was late, of course. He looks like a strung out junkie. He is very pretentious to say the least. He talks more than he works, and his work is not at all artistic or fabulous like he claims. The tattoo turned out decent at best, but there were some issues with color. First, he did parts of the tattoo in a color I did not even agree to. I specifically chose a different color than he used. The other problem was one part seemed too light, almost faded right away. Weird, and he had no explanation except to wait a month, come back and he'd fix it. I came back and he totally butchered his previous "okay" work. I mean it was like an amateur got a hold of that needle, a child could have done better. I was devastated and told him so. On top of all this, he charged more money for his horrible work, trying to justify it by the price of ink. He obviously needs the money more than I do, so I paid it since I was all alone. He is disrespectful and NOT a tattoo artist. I didn't know what to do as I felt intimidated, and thought I could go home and think about proper actions. I am getting it removed and I found a fabulous tattoo artist. People do your due diligence before choosing Mike. He is the owner of this tattoo shop, and he is not qualified to tattoo anything more than a star. Don't learn the hard way like I did. read more
