The entire experience was flawless. The artist Explained every step of the process, the shop was very clean, and the receptionist was so helpful. It was an excellent first experience. I also appreciated that the artist asked a ton of questions about why I was getting a tattoo and the reasons behind it, to ensure I was doing the right thing. I won't be getting another tattoo, so I won't be back! But highly recommend this place

He walked us through the process and was very patient and accommodating, helping us with size recommendation and placement, changes to placement if we wanted to see it at a different angle, etc. and then he went to work and it was a breeze! The manager and assistant manager and head of HR wasn't present (I am suspicious that it's all the same guy) but at least there were pictures of him...even in the restroom (iykyk). Just to say I loved all the fun signage in the shop. Thank you again, Andy, for your help and awesome work! We were greeted by Bella who was so helpful and knowledgeable she asked what we wanted , made suggestions and even in my case I thought I was "re Peircing " two of my old Peircings I haven't worn in 20 years but she explained she was going to check to see if the holes were still open . The fact that Bella could have charged me for a Peircing and jewelry but said she was going to check to see if we could just get the jewelry in was one of the things that stood out the most , I love an establishment with honest people that aren't just trying to make a $ and genuinely love what they do . Bella was a whole vibe and so sweet and gentle for someone who's jabbing you with a needle ! They had a GREAT selection of body jewelry and the establishment was super clean ! We got several piercings and it was so nice that Bella took her time even though it was close to closing time ! I highly recommend Monique's and that is where I will continue to go for my body art needs !
