Granny's buster, double cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger both are excellent. We recommend this place and will come back on our way thru again.

The food was a different experience, everything had a slimy or gross quality to it. There were several flies in the restaurant, which made it a battle to even eat our food. This could be a fluke experience, and I am willing to try it again one day. PS: I would much rather small businesses like this stay open than just have fast food slop in town. So if you are in the area, go support them!

The choices of dinner were very sparse. Only one seafood choice. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, thinking that the chef couldn't go wrong with that. My date ordered pork chops. My chicken was so dry and tough I couldn't cut into it. The linguine was al dente and dry. My date's pork chops were also dry and overcooked. He took them home to his dog. The wine selection was also disappointing. This was my fourth trip all on special occasions. I won't be back.

Weary from 12 hours on the road, we actually arrived at closing time! We didn't know as the hours…read morewere not posted on the door and there was quite a crowd in there. However, 2 minutes after we chose a seat I saw the open sign go off. The staff never once mentioned that they were closed or rushed us or any of the other patrons in any way. This review has to put focus on that aspect to some degree because you just don't see that very often. There was some serious southern hospitality at play here and I noticed many of the patrons were treated like family. Our primary server had a great sense of humor and was very engaged. The other young woman who checked on us was very polite and friendly. The gentleman who rang us out at the register was very kind. Our drinks remained full, our food came out quickly and we were given suggestions. In the 35 minutes we were there, everything I saw in atmosphere and service was an A+! They also had the best sweet tea, I could drink that stuff by the gallon, so good! As far as food goes, I would describe this as country cooking and comfort food and say it was average or a little higher. Average doesn't have to mean something bad, just that it meets the expectation of a type of food, but wasn't outstanding. My husband got a cheeseburger and I got the hamburger steak. We both got fries and they were awesomely crispy, but under seasoned. My husband enjoyed his burger and finished all of it. I had chosen the hamburger steak because I didn't think I had the appetite for a big ribeye. Well, this thing was huge! Overall, it was pretty flavorful, but some of it was way too salty. Some of that should have been held back for the fries. It normally comes with gravy and onions which I got on the side. I found the gravy to look really unappetizing so I didn't eat it, but I also didn't think the hamburger steak needed it. I really enjoyed my salad because their homemade ranch is outstandingly creamy and tasty, yum! Get ranch here whenever you can! Also, this was a ton of food for $9.99 so you can't argue with the price or the portions. It was a solid visit, we left nourished and rejuvenated and it was the highlight of our stay in Bonifay. If we ever come through again, I'll stop by.

When I went inside that was confirmed it was nothing fancy, but I could tell it was a place for a good breakfast and I was spot on! The food was fantastic and plentiful and the service was fast. There were several groups of people in there that you could tell this was their local Saturday morning breakfast and there was one large group of family maybe a dozen or more people. Everybody was getting fast service!

Corners beed hash had a nice crust, but wasn't dried out. The home fries were nice and crispy. The over easy eggs were perfectly cooked and the biscuit was a legit, handmade, buttery, and perfect! Quite possibly the best breakfast in Dothan. First time here. Most definitely coming back!

Our server Kristevia S was absolutely amazing. Attentive and courteous. She took our drink order and then our food order. We ordered the Mozzarella logs and Pepperjack Boudin. Both appetizers were absolutely delicious. My wife had the Cajundillas, my MIL and FIL had the jumbo fried shrimp. My son had the Catfish Orleans and I had the Crawfish Étouffée. The portions were amazingly large, served piping hot and exceptionally delicious. I can't say enough about Walk-Ons. Dothan finally did it right by getting this restaurant. We loved it! It was loaded with little bites of sausages, chicken, shrimp, and scallops. All those proteins were nestled with just the right amount of spices in a rich broth with onions and tomatoes. A nice helping of rice topped off the dish nicely. We shared the grilled catfish fillets. You have an option of one, two, or three fillets. We opted for three for only $21. The filets were good size and nicely grilled with a bit of blackening seasoning. The meal came with a single trip to the salad bar and a side. The salad bar has several options of pasta salads, chopped lettuce with toppings, and a sweet slaw. We chose the blackened new potatoes as our other side. We thought that they were really good. Bread options included: hush puppies, cheese, bread, or yeast rolls. The hush puppies were a little overdone. So we were able to get an order of the cheese bread. Which is large yeast rolls with cheddar cheese, baked in the top. They were really good. The servers are friendly and never seemed to stop moving. The seating is basic older restaurant booths and tables which are comfortable. They offer interesting sayings at each table such as... "I'm not saying it's your fault. I said I'm blaming you." They have a full bar and lounge. Side note-the parking lot is huge and has plenty of room for vehicles towing trailers.
