I thought it was too good to be true until they showed up and completely cleaned the place from top to bottom and surpassed all my expectations! The apartment was spic and span and the maple syrup smell from her pumpkin spice air fresheners that was overwhelming was gone! They were professional, friendly, true to the word on pricing, and surpassed all my expectations. This relationship started with a make ready job, but I'm going to see about monthly services for my home. Bravo!

After a rocky year that featured five quite good cleanings and five no-shows, it is time to move on. Since the last two consecutive no-shows Elizabeth has not replied to any voice mails, texts, or emails over the span of four days from me trying to find out what is going on. I've got excuses out the wazoo, but frankly, I'm just lazy. My bathrooms are disgusting. My kitchen are disgusting. My dogs decapitate and de-stuff dog toys and we find pieces laying around everywhere for months afterwards. My dogs leave dog hair everywhere. My cats leave cat hair tuffs everywhere. I can barely keep up with the dishes much less think about the cobwebs in the upper corners of my living room or dust on the fan blades. Seriously.... we're pigs. That's how it WAS.... but then I found Gr8 Maids!!! Seriously... they were awesome. Within minutes my house was already smelling better. Within 2 hours it was shiny and brand new again. It was AMAZING. They showed up on time and got right to work. The hardest part about this whole thing was ME giving in and realizing that I sucked at cleaning and needed help. That part took far to long. As soon as I made the call to Gr8 Maids the process was easy and worth every cent. I won't lie.... I hid in my office the whole time they were there because it was embarrassing.... but coming out of my office was like walking into a whole new house. I may actually start inviting people over again... THANK YOU!!!!!!!
