Location is a tad odd to get into. Food is fantastic. Service was fantastic. And the ambience was great!

Our meal started with a delicious miso soup and simple salad with tasty ginger dressing. For my entree, I ordered the tofu teriyaki. The cubes of teriyaki were lightly fried and the perfect texture. The sweet teriyaki sauce on the side was the perfect consistency for dipping the tofu. The medley of vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly -- a delicious accompaniment to the tofu. The fried rice rounded out the plate well. Overall, it was a delicious plate. The service was fantastic and the intimate ambiance and simple decor made for a greeting dining experience. I would absolutely go back to explore more of the menu.

Was it good? Yes. Was it the best sushi I've ever had? Not quite. MoMo's is kind of like the Boston Red Sox of sushi spots--solid lineup, loyal fanbase, and a little rough around the edges. The food was good, just not a grand slam. The place has that "been around a while" feel--like it's seen some seasons, maybe a few extra innings. But I gave it a 5th star because of how the staff treated the regulars--like old teammates walking back into the dugout. That kind of loyalty and love says a lot. If you're a Red Sox kind of guy, you'll probably feel right at home. If you're more Yankees or Dodgers, you might be scouting elsewhere.

Absolutely love this spot! Came out for Christmas and they had the most wonderful service, the fish tasted so fresh and was plated beautifully. Probably the best sushi experience I've had so far.

The food was good. The portions are really big. I couldn't finish my three item bento box. It's well worth the prices. Friendly staff. Nice big booths. Plenty of seating for large parties. The bento boxes are served with miso soup and salad. I usually like the salad and dressing at most Japanese sushi places, but I didn't like the dressing here. It was thick and chunky. Odd flavor. Everything else was good.

Ok, I waited until my second visit to review. Super filling portions, beautiful presentation. The taste of everything we have had was marvelous. Ambiance, is ok nothing real special, but nice. The chef does a wonderful job. First visit, I was not impressed with the wait staff, the second visit was much better.

Amazing food and service. The fried Spicy crab roll was so good and the goons were GOONIN. Never waited for a refill or a check. 10/10

We're on vacation here and wanted to do something nice for our one year anniversary! We got there at 4:36 pm and paid for our food / was out by 5:29 pm! We paid $92 for steak & shrimp hibachi, chicken hibachi, a roll of sushi, and gyoza for an appetizer. The gyoza was filled with pork and some veggies- so delicious. We split the shrimp tempura roll which had shrimp, avocado, cucumber, crab, and cream cheese. The hibachi came with choice of meat, chicken broth soup & salad beforehand, and a side of veggies & choice of fried or steamed rice. Overall, the experience was so fun and food filled us up really quick! I would come back to his hibachi again and recommend friends to go as well.

Same problem this is why: We had habochi chicken and steak with fried rice, 1. Chicken and steak was ok 2. Fried rice had a bad taste( burned tasted and didn't taste right. 3. Veggies we burned and tasted horrible. 4. Cook just slopped the food in plates and made a mess. 5. Sauces that were put in the red 2 container dishes, tasted like mayo and catchup mix, no normal sauce. 6. The waitress that took order was hatefull and in a hurry. Now the sauces they cook in the grill could have been the cause if most of this. But, we will never eat at this restaurant again ever, Poor service and food fir the cost of $80 for 2. ****warning do not eat here very poor restaurant ********

It tasted like it had been made by hand for hours with hard work and then it stops there. Anything else?Good, I can't find about this place. I've been to quite a few places, and I thought very long and hard about the rating and the food and atmosphere. And how I would give this place a rating, based on my experience and wanted to stay positive. However, some things are just unacceptable. And maybe unnoticeable, by others, or people who are uncultured in the food atmosphere of what they were eating. The edamama we ordered was freezer burnt. You could taste it ! Or had been frozen and thawed, or they were close to beyond being fresh any more. There's even color hues in my photos, to show some parts of it green and some fading with the salt, more on one end of the basket than tossed properly. I had asked the server as it was my first time. What was their number one seller? They couldn't tell me. I followed up by asking okay, I'm very hungry. So what is the most filling? Is there more in a bowl of ramen or more in a bowl of pho etc for portions like lo mein etc If so, which ramen has the most noodles ingredients, et cetera. Response from the employee was they're all the same size. They all have about the same amount of food, not one bowl has more than another bowl. At this education of the menu, I decided to go ahead and order the the spicy ramen option. I also got a regular ramen bowl and asked to order a spicy crab sushi roll and shrimp lo mein. After a little while, the edamame came first of course the soup showed up different types, different bowls, different broths, different amount of food. One was massive amount of food one was a small amount of food, so the portions were not the same by any means. We also got the lo mein which I thought since the menu spelled it wrong. It would be okay, but overly sweet. Overly done noodle soggy mess. My specific ramen was underdone, where I went to bite the noodle off and it still had crunch to it aside from the bean sprouts that were in there, just to give an idea that I am cultured on the food that I was trying to eat and review. I also ordered a spicy crab sushi roll it wasn't a request or question however, the sushi never came and i'm glad, because everything I experienced was horrid, and I can only imagine the worst experience based on what I did get. Overall, my bill before tip was about $86. I feel it was about $56 overpriced. For the quality that I think you could get better making at home. And I've had ramen in other areas. And it didn't taste as poor as this location. If I had given the choice, I would maybe get some pho to go However, this is a business I will choose not to support moving forward for my own personal experience as well. I waited to make my review. My stomach ended up sick and hurting and it's not sensitive. Therefore I do believe there was something off like I tasted. And i'm not willing to risk that for redos to any business. I like to say thank you for the opportunity to try your location, it was not your best service or food or quality given about 6 PM on a Friday night. I should have known better from an empty lot on a friday night.

The woman at the counter was SO nice and personable. I ordered cashew chicken with an egg roll and cream cheese wontons. When they brought my food, which they did make fresh and didn't just take it off the buffet, I asked for some sweet and sour sauce, specifically the red sauce used for sweet and sour chicken etc. She told be it would be an additional couple of bucks. No problem. She brought me a 1/2 pint of sauce. I returned to the hotel and we were excited to dig in. I opened up the container and found something very unusual. The chicken was breaded fried chicken in some sort of brown sauce with some chopped scallions and a bunch of cashew nuts over the top. It was a pretty small order with not a lot of chicken, but that was OK because it tasted awful. I mean it was really bad. It had a strange smell to it and was just nasty. We could not eat it. The egg roll was also bad. It had very little flavor. The cream cheese wontons were pretty good. Definitely will not be going back. I should've listened to one of the Branson Travel travel sites, which said that Branson had no good Asian food at all.
