The bun was crispy, airy perfection and the flavors and texture of everything inside it was spot on. The 2 sauces that came with it took it over the top. 5/5 would recommend. Even the seating underneath the little covered patio was nice and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. Oh, and we also tried the Venezuelan Chicha, a traditional drink made from rice with milk that is served with lots of ice and bathed in condensed milk and ground cinnamon. The only food I tried was the guacamole. I was surprised. It wasn't good but it was bad. I almost forgot the chips and salsa wa above average. The food truck is permanently stationed there and has picnic tables out front for customers who want to sit and enjoy their meals. They were out of Thai tea during my visit, but I still ordered several dishes, all of which were very reasonably priced. I tried the Tom Yum noodle dish, a rice bowl, and a noodle bowl. I also ordered a Thai green tea, which was made with matcha. The service was quick, and the small menu helps them prepare dishes efficiently without sacrificing quality. The food came out fast, and everything tasted amazing. The flavors were fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. This food truck is definitely a spot I would visit again.
