My steak biscuit took a little extra time even though I was the only customer in the drive thru, but they explained the steak was on the grill. I didn't go inside but from what I could see, it looked clean. Their parking lot has tons of spaces and no trash. Conveniently, they share an entrance with Walmart. Easy in and out. My mother and went through the drive thru and it was a pleasant visit up a till we hit the 2nd window. We placed our order and were pleased they do table service. Our food arrived at our table in a reasonable time; our Big Breakfast looked great and the sausage biscuit looked normal. Good sign. We dove into the Big Breakfast and found the biscuit was tough to bite into. So tried the Sausage Biscuit. Same thing. Strike 2. How hard is it to keep biscuits contained so they retain their moisture? Why do they cook them so much that the top is so hard? We removed the top of the biscuit to eat it them. Before leaving we ordered a drink through the mobile app, and seeing the table service, chose it. We waited. And waited. Finally walked to the counter and saw it sitting, ready, in the back, and the employees doing other things. STRIKE 3! I had to ask for it. It was partially melted from sitting there so long. No one at register for a good 20 minutes and never acknowledged the people waiting in line and most of the tables are dirty

If I had the capability to leave a negative review for this dining establishment, if it can even be defined as such, I would jump at the opportunity. In an effort to expedite the service experience I placed an online order through the app. I chose to pick this order up at the counter, and I was met with an abhorrent wait time. My order was treated with a complete lack of care or expediency, and when I did receive it, my fries and drink were missing. It was evident to me that the few workers that were present were making an honest effort to balance their service obligations between the drive-through, mobile orders, and in-person orders; however, it is a reputational embarrassment for this franchise and McDonald's to understaff this establishment so severely. This demonstrates an absence of regard for these workers, and it subjects customers to a painfully memorable dining experience. I will NOT be returning to this McDonalds, and I hope this review provides the management for this restaurant with clarity on the primary factors that contributed to my horrible experience. read more

If you are ever in a hurry I would recommend a different McDonald's this one is always backed up and slow. The service is a hit or miss.
