Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

The master bedroom was minimal with repaint and adding a wall of nickel-gap shiplap. We also added a barn door to create a dramatic separation between the bedroom and bathroom spaces. The big part is our master bathroom - this required a tear down to the studs of the entire space. We had to move a wall with power, HVAC lines and plumbing to create a pony wall for the shower. Rock Bay worked hand-in-hand with IDF Studio - our design firm - to install hardwood floors, a cast-iron tub, special Spanish tile, and Italian marble. Roei and Jorge and the entire team were artisans installing walnut wood beams in the ceiling, Calacatta Monet marble, Spanish tile, hand-crafted wood floors, designer niches in the walls, and all the professional design elements. The end result is a zen space that we will enjoy for the life of our home!

This turned out to be a very detailed and complicated project with many moving parts. We ripped out the entire old bathroom including walls, ceiling, the floor, and redid everything from scratch. We also repositioned the bathtub, vanity, and redid the entire plumbing system. The project manager, Azeen was very responsive, involved and caring. Along the way, Azeen was always available to answer any of our project/progress related questions, to address our concerns, and to discuss next steps. Our project started around the last week of March. Originally, we planned to renovate our kitchen and bathroom and update the flooring and windows. As work began, though, we discovered there was a lot more work that needed to be addressed if we wanted to make this our FOREVER HOME. What started as a partial renovation eventually turned into a full remodel, including the roof! Throughout the process, Mike was very transparent about what needed to be done. Whenever additional work came up, he explained the pros and cons and gave us the information we needed to make our own decisions without ever making us feel pressured.
