I visited several flooring stores in the Butler area and none of them provided the attention and customer service like they did. She was very helpful and made several suggestions and recommendations. She knew exactly where all her inventory was and got right in there with us pulling samples from everywhere giving us a variety of choices she thought would give us the look we wanted. We decided to do the install ourselves and they continued to be very helpful and offered their recommendations for that as well. The week our tile came in, they were on vacation. Doc did not hesitate to give us his cell along with his son's cell and encouraged us to please call if we had any questions regarding the tile or the install. We called only a couple times, and they never failed on their promise. Even though they did not do the install they were still very willing to answer the questions we had (you won't find that at a big box store!) On another note, we had ran out of thinset late in the afternoon. He went out of his way to be at the shop that evening so that we could get the additional bags we needed. We went and ended up saving over $800 on our job. This showed a lot of integrity because we were willing to pay the invoice price. The install went really well. The installer did not have a tool to finish the job (we needed some of our doors shaved down) so Rusmur stepped up and sent someone to finish the job after 5pm to make sure it was done and we were satisfied. A 5 star job!

Poorly installed with every floor being uneven. A single bag of self-leveler would've solved that problem and they refused to use it. We had to completely redo ALL of those rooms. Ryne stopped responding to emails and phone calls and we had to use our bank to get a refund. Powder room = unven flooring and poorly installed. Master bathroom = uneven flooring and couldn't even close the door (they wanted us to shave down a brand new door to account for their poor install). Laundry room = Incorrectly installed an LVT in a room that needed ceramic tile to pass inspection. Kitchen = Uneven flooring AND the tiles weren't properly glued down and were popping up within a month. AVOID RUSMUR!

Totally respectable workers and employees from start to finish! I feel like I got a new driveway for the fraction of the price of removing the old concrete and pouring new slab's. They used a pressurized slurry of limestone injected through the concrete to level the slabs across my entire driveway. The diamond ground all of the joints between my house and the driveway and between all of the slabs and sealed it perfectly! The before and after is incredible.
