That's pretty awesome. 2) When I purchased something, the salesgirl asked me -first- if I wanted to put the purchase in my courier bag. Generally when I shop, I have my bag on me, and I try to put as much stuff in it as I can because I hate creating more waste. Lots of shops get pissy with me when I say I don't want a bag, because obviously walking around with a big advertisement in your hands makes them look good, or possibly more desirable. So the fact that @ Aveda their first inclination is to get the consumer to reduce waste is awesome. Plus you save 10 cents, which is neat.

She was very rough and the white abrasive sponge they use to buff your nails was used so aggressively that she used it on my skin too!! At one point there was a little blood and my toes were stinging. I changed the amount of the tip i usually give to a lower amount which she is lucky she got anything. She should not be working on people The place is nice and clean and they have a lot of people working there so getting an appt or being a walk in is not problem.
