Rob was immensely kind and personable throughout it all, and on top of it all charged us half of what we were being quoted elsewhere. I am still in disbelief that I got a custom, local, STUNNING ring. The only thing I will say is that I had to reach out to him a couple different times for updates and timing - I didn't want to be a pest but the lack of communication gave me a little uncertainty with how the ring would turn out, but of course it ended up beautiful and I'm so grateful.
