I just gave 5 stars to Mollner Denistry! And I can certainly say it's well deserved! Last week I was attended there tiwce, My first visit was cleaning, which went absolutely great and lasted about an hour, which is plenty of time to clean your teeth carefully. I've heard a lot of stories from friends how their teeth were cleaned elsewhere in about 15 minutes or less. My second visit was with Dr. Nate Mollner and he did a great job! I had a lot of dental problems, so I highly appreciate that he was able to fix 7 teeth in less than 2h. Very competent, attentive, careful and ready to answer all your million of questions ))) I also got text message from their office on the day of appointment just reminding me about it. read more

My visit to Mollner dentistry was prompted by my previous dentist visit where I was informed that I had six cavities , which caused me to enter into a panic. At the age of 25, being told that I have six cavities is extremely alarming. I, by no means, have a poor dental hygiene. I brush twice-a-day and I floss routinely. On top of that, my last visit to a dentist's office was in June, and they informed me then that I had no cavities. My last x-rays were also taken in December of 2019, and they informed me then I had no cavities as well. Concerned that I was being lied to, I immediately started searching Yelp for more reputable locations that may be a bit more honest. That is when I stumbled upon this location, and I am glad I did. I brought my previous x-rays with me, and had new ones done for me at the location because my previous dentist purposefully sent low-resolution images that made it difficult to decipher what they were referring to. The new x-rays were taken, which confirmed two cavities, but not six. That day, I had my cavities taken care of, and the procedure went flawless. With topical numbing and a small needle to numb the tooth, the whole process was painless and quick. I was done within 30 minutes, and could eat two hours later. I experience no pain to this day, and am happy to have made time to get here when I did. My bite is perfect and I have no TMJ pain, which is something that frequently happens to me. I've been seeing Dr. Ben for several years now and him and his team are as good as it gets! They send reminder texts, always have great appointment times available (including squeezing me in when I've had some emergency stuff - never fun), and are always INCREDIBLY prompt and efficient. I'm sure I speak for many when I say how frustrating it can be to have to take off work to go to a doctor appointment and have it take hours... That is never the case here. I am always taken back right at my appointment time and seen very quickly by Dr. Ben after my cleaning is done. At the risk of being cliché (clearly I'm going to do it anyway), time is money and I SO appreciate always knowing my appointments at Mollner will be quick, easy and painless. Dr. Ben also referred me to a great oral surgeon several years ago when I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I've even referred several coworkers and friends to this practice and will continue to sing its praises! read more

I have been going to Mollner Dentistry for about 4 years. I had an appointment to get a filling filled. My appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. The morning of my appointment my dog was not feeling well. I took her into the vet and then found myself having to take her into emergency surgery. I called to cancel my dentist appointment knowing I was not in the right space to go or had the time to make it to the dentist. I told Mollner Dentistry I had an emergency with my dog and needed to cancel. They said it would be a charge of $100. I couldn't believe it. I was already upset about my dog and then to know that they were going to charge me because I couldn't make the appointment due to an emergency was even more upsetting. I understand there are rules and policies for cancellations but there should also be some allowances around emergencies. To have no compassion or sympathy for what someone might be going through in an emergency situation is inexcusable. I told the woman on the phone what was going on and was basically crying on the phone, and she proceeded to say, "I am really sorry about that but we will still need to charge you $100." I usually don't write reviews but this was very upsetting and not ok. I wouldn't recommend going to Mollner Dentistry if that is the compassion they show their patients. read more

The dental hygienist that cleaned me teeth and took x-rays was very thorough, friendly and took her time at my first visit. She informed me of several areas that looked like they would become trouble eventually and gave me some recommendations on what could be done to address them which the dentist then later confirmed. The dentist I saw was Nathan Mollner and he was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them if you are in Denver! read more

They messed up my first consult appointment so I had to go in twice for an appointment that should have been one visit. The front desk staff has been incredibly rude on every call. One hygienist told me she had just traveled within 12 hours of then having her hands in my mouth during the height of the pandemic. I didn't say a word about any of this because the dentist was great. I had 4-5 appointments that I was always early for and never had an outstanding bill with this office. I made a cleaning appointment 6 months ago while in nursing school. Since graduation I had moved and taken a night shift position. When I started receiving texts last week about an appointment reminder I texted back, emailed, and called several times to notify them I would not be able to keep my appointment. Because they couldn't fill the appointment I was charged $75. Never dealt with a ruder office staff. Go elsewhere read more

I truly never leave reviews on places but I had such a great experience at Mollner yesterday that I felt the need to let y'all know you did a great job!! The girls at the front desk were kind and helpful and I wasn't waiting more than 5 minutes before they took me back. Alyssa (or maybe Melissa?) was my hygienist and she did such a great job! Unfortunately I hadn't been able to get to the dentist in about 3 years prior to this visit and she was patient, gentle and thorough. My past experiences at the dentist are generally less than pleasant with the hygienist trying to hold a conversation while their hands are in my mouth and being rough with the cleaning tools, leaving me feeling awkward and on edge the whole time. This experience was the exact opposite. Alyssa made small and thoughtful comments and let me know what she was doing without expectation of reply while being gentle and efficient at what she was doing. I wasn't going to make this public, but since you emailed me for a review prior to the follow-up call I was promised, I feel obliged to share my shocking experience. I was diagnosed with Laryngitis, so I didn't want to bring the illness into the office and infect other patients, or staff. When I called to reschedule, I was told that there would be a $50 fee because they wouldn't be able to fill the appointment. When I asked if they would prefer that I come in and make people sick I was told that I had signed the paperwork outlining their policy. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but still haven't been contacted. Prior to this experience, I've had nothing but good things to say, but this was a shocking demonstration of both patient care and shortsightedness that will make my wife and me go elsewhere if it isn't rectified. read more

Dr Nate is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. He was kind, thorough, very knowledgeable and experienced and made me feel at ease during procedures. The office space is very clean, with beautiful art, mellow music and provides a nice ambiance for procedures that are normally stressful. Dr. Ben is great. He actually spends time with you during your check up and doesn't rush you. The dental techs are wonderful and flexible. He doesn't try to up-sell you for things you don't want or need but you can certainly get aesthetic procedures done. They're great with mouthguards and will clean them for free and adjust them for free as well during your check ups. The office is modern and comfortable. read more

Any questions I had were answered, and i've already scheduled my next 6th month appointment. Thanks, guys! The Hygienists are amazing as well. I find myself always trying to have a conversation even when i have all their dental tools in my mouth. it's just a relaxing atmosphere around them. In five years and 3 other dentists, these guys are the first ones that I plan on sticking with for the long run. As a first time patient at Mollner today, I had an excellent experience. The office is clean and welcoming and the care is excellent. I have quite sensitive teeth and Lisa hand-scaled them. I haven't been that relaxed at the dentist in 20 years. Dr. Mollner was also great. Plain and simple this is a company that will cheat you if you let them. Aside from being overpriced and providing subpar quality dentistry they don't inform you that your insurance isn't covered by them until after you've been seen. We wasted hundreds on a terrible finished product to find out after that our insurance wasn't covered by them. Don't trust any reviews on here. I guaranty they are all fake. I've always had soft teeth. I've hated the dentist because every time I go there's something that needs fixing. One root canal, three fillings later I have to say I actually enjoy my time at Mollner. I have always been terrified to go to the Dentist (bad experiences in the past). I have been a patient of Dr. Ben's for some time now. Definetly a WELL educated and friendly staff at this office!! Dr. Ben consulted me on getting my wisdom teeth removed finally. They were starting to peek through my gums and weren't bothering me much, but Dr. Ben talked to me about pulling them and went over the importance of it--so glad to finally have a dentist that cares so much!! Billing issues make Mollner Dentistry one to avoid. I just received a bill in April 2019 from Mollner Dentistry explaining that they have been miscalculating their billing since 2015 and are now billing patients for their miscalculations. I have a balance due for work from several years ago that I must now pay. It is unfortunate that very poor business practices and customer service overshadow the good dentists at Mollner Dentistry. read more

Having now been a patient at Mollner for over 6 months, I wanted to confirm that they are great. I've now had a root canal and two crowns placed, among other things, and the whole process was quick and painless. Dr. Nate is incredibly friendly, and great at what he does. I've had one other root canal in my life and that process was awful (went on for hours, was really painful, and continued to be painful for a few weeks after). In contrast, the root canal Dr. Nate did went incredibly quickly, was painless, and getting the crown placed a short time later at a follow-up visit (after it was made in office!) took maybe 30 minutes. While I waited for the crown to finish fabricating, the (incredibly friendly and helpful) receptionists sent me down to a local coffee shop with a gift card to get something to drink while I waited. This was basically a bonus on top of an experience I already would have raved about. Overall, this place cannot be beat. read more

I was referred by a friend and decided to give them a shot. I had a tooth that had been bothering me and irritating my tongue. They showed me where I had been grinding my teeth at night, filled in the worn away spot, and now my tooth no longer hurts or irritates my tongue. I was happy with their customer service, commitment to helping me find out what was bothering me, and their prices. Shoddy work by Mollner caused my wife to have to have an emergency root canal during our honeymoon in Costa Rica--and several more root canals in the month that followed. She had been having trouble with the tooth ever since she got a filling at Mollner a few weeks before. Evidently they had decided to try out a new sort of filling material, and my wife was not the only one to experience ill effects from it. This information was revealed only after my wife called for the umpteenth time to tell them the pain and sensitivity in her tooth was not going away. Her tooth is completely ruined now thanks to them. read more

They have a nice office, location, high tech tools, etc. They are definitely shooting for higher end. I had a very thorough cleaning for a great discount as I received a new patient special ($89). However, their normal cleaning goes for $325. This should have alerted me, as this is higher than what I'm used to paying for a cleaning. The dentist sounded more like a salesman than a dr. He tried to sell me on everything under the sun that could possibly be applicable. I have a tiny chip on a tooth that's been with me since the 6th grade -- never caused problems. He told me I should get this smoothed out and also get 6 fillings as well as a whitening for a grand total of over $1600. This was directly after I told him I didn't have insurance, so I'm only looking to get the very minimum work necessary to keep my teeth healthy. 2 weeks later I went to 4th ave dentistry and rec'd a free second opinion appointment. I met with the doctor without having to wait for 20 mins beyond my apt like I did at Mollner. He told me my teeth are great after looking at the x-rays and poking around. He said I didn't have anything to worry about unless I all the sudden stop brushing/flossing. Maybe that story is too good to be true. Probably somewhere in the middle is the truth. Either way, $1600 when I'm asking for minimum work necessary is just absurd. He should have sold cars for a living. read more

It seems like this place wants to be a higher end office, but their customer service (and decor) just come off as trying too hard and failing. I've had one appointment they moved for me and then tried to claim that was the time I'd made the appointment for. The second time I went before work and had to wait more than 30 minutes before I could be seen so I ended up being late to work. Be prepared for the hygienist to essentially do the exam. The dentist, Dr. Rena, will sweep in and concur with the hygienists recommendations. Are hygienists dentists now?? I see there are positive reviews for other dentists at the practice, so maybe the issue is just Dr. Rena. Be prepared to have a "watch" on pretty much every tooth. I've had a few cavities over my lifetime, but have never been told that my entire mouth is practically melting away with rot. My previous dentists referred to xrays, a visual exam on the tooth, and the poke test on dark spots to see if there was decay. At Mollner, Dr. Rena will glance in your mouth but will primarily refer to xrays and tell you every spot on the xray is a cavity that needs to be filled. I will be finding a new dentist. read more

I saw Dr. Mollner for a dental crown on a molar, the tooth had a large filling and had broke and needed to be repaired. My crown was able to be done in one day, and the treatment was great and the staff wonderfull!! Crowns can be expensive but after experiencing similar treatment at a comfort dental prior to this the treatment and quailty were like night and day! I would defintely refer my friends and family to this great dental practice, no one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to, you might as well look forward to it. :) read more
