My Father's car has locking hubcaps, and when I brought it home, we noticed a hubcap was missing. I immediately called this garage and asked if it was there, explaining which vehicle it was. He said it wasn't there, and I asked him to look again. I told him it had to be there, all four hubcaps were on the car before I brought it there!! He laughed and told me to "pick one up at the junkyard", and said he had to go!! What a CREEP!! I will NEVER TRUST this lousy "back alley" place with my car again!! Never mind my Father's car!! He was very upset. "A bunch of idiots", he called them, and he's right. I felt terrible for convincing my Father to let me take his Cadillac there. He had to buy a whole new set of hubcaps because of them!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I check my bank statement and they charged me $905! I called this morning and the man said it was probably tax but didn't know and would call me back. He called back and said it was tax and a 3.5% fee for using my card. If we knew there was a fee I would have brought cash! I asked him why he didn't advise of tax and the fee and he said we didn't ask! HELLO $825 right? That's a question. I did not authorize any other amount than $825!! This is very deceitful and due to this I will NOT bring any of our other cars to get fixed here! I didn't even get an apology instead I get a "you didn't ask" when they should advise there customers there's a fee. This is fraud and will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

This meant I was faced with the prospect of spending the night in Scranton to wait for a tire to arrive at some time the next day. Realizing my 'problem', Larry offered a solution at a reasonable price that would allow me to continue on my way that afternoon. When I drove up, they took my car right away, swapped out the tire, and I was back on the highway within 35 minutes. A fine group of people. Thanks guys!!

This was curious because my tire pressure indicator inside the car indicated that all was well. Okay, so maybe I picked up the nail on the way to the shop and it needed time to lose pressure. The other work I expected because of the strange noises I was hearing from the car; I knew there was some problem so I accepted their diagnosis at face value. I made an appointment to come back in a week to have the work done, $700 or so would be the estimated bill. For the next 4 days I'm waiting for the tire pressure indicator in the car to show the problem with the tire but It's still good. Huh, that's funny. Long story short, I take the car to another garage and the new inspectors find that my tires are fine and in good condition. I had the work done by the new inspectors and the bill was $200 less than Kelleher's estimate. I called Kelleher and cancelled my appointment. That was two weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my pressure warning light to turn on. Maybe it's a very, very slow leak!!!!! Anyway, I don't think I'll be doing business with Kelleher in the future.
