It was an awful experience that turned into a 14 hour day. I called Jon Allegrucci, the sales manager at Nunzi's, about a box truck that they had for sale. I told him about my awful experience in Richmond and how I wanted to avoid going through that again since I had to drive so far to look at his truck. He was completely honest and open about the very minor issues with the truck. After doing a carfax, going there to look at the vehicle in person, and driving it extensively, I found out that everything he told me was true. In fact, the truck exceeded my expectations. It was great and the price was better than any other I could find. They even detailed it, inspected it, went over everything to make sure it was fit for the road, changed the oil, etc. I asked them to adjust the emergency brake, and they did that as well. Buying this vehicle from Nunzi's was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. It's a great family owned dealership (even Jon's mom is the sales receptionist) and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I had a gas leak In my car and needed a differential transfer and some other work…read moredone. $910 later and I'm at the Sheetz gas station putting gas in my car after it was supposedly fixed. All the gas came out the bottom of the car and ran into the pavement. I had to have the car towed to another shop and was told and proven that I paid for them to take off parts from my car, paint them and then put them back on as if they were new. The gas leak was not fixed. They just pushed the hose back into the car far enough to temporarily stop the leaking. Only one mechanic speaks English and he is the shop owner. I'm not even sure if his mechanic's actually know what they are doing. I should have left when I saw one of them who looks like he is 14 back into another customer's car without a care. Just don't waste your time. They steal your money and don't do any actual kind of work. I thought I found a good place to get my car fixed with reasonable prices. Save yourself the headache.
