The owner himself told me straight up. He said his mechabic broke the brakes when fixing the recall but they won't fix it because it's rusty. I said, "uh yea, its a 25 year old work truck, of course its rusty BUT I dropped my truck off and it was working fine." He DID NOT CARE!! Sat there with a cocky look on his face and crossed arms. He wouldn't fix what they broke, he wouldn't tow it somewhere else to get fixed. He haned me the keys and I had to drive it away with NO FRONT BRAKES!!! The one downside is I'm not the only customer, and often times there's a wait time of a few days before space is freed-up for work. Can't blame them for getting a lot of business though. After mentioning that my lug nuts were over tightened by a previous installer they went and did the same thing! When I got my car home I had a very hard time loosening the lugs with an oversized snap-on breaker bar! My point is clear! If a family member of yours got a flat tire on the highway they would never be able to get the lugs off to change the tire especially if using the lug wrench that came with the car! It appears that to get meticulous service like I ask for you still have to go to a professional garage that will use the correct tools to torque your wheels properly.

Juan was clear on what needed to be done versus what could be done at a later time. I personally appreciate it. My service was done on time. My car came back and I didn't have to adjust the seat or mirrors. I know dealerships need to test drive cars but I strongly dislike when I get my car back and need to readjust everything. I guess I could have gotten the memory package but my car does not have it. So when I picked up my car and didn't have to readjust anything I was happy. Also they were clear on time tables with the car wash. They were backed up and gave a quick rinse and asked if I could wait I could get the full wash. UNETHICAL DEALER!…read more Porsche (the parent company) is trying to stop people from flipping cars and making money on vehicles that otherwise could have gone to people who put a down payment on a build slot for a new car. A car that would go to a good home, and not to a dealer/broker to inflate price on. For example, Wyoming Valley Porsche called me and said that they are willing to have me jump in front of the line for a build on a brand new Porsche GT3 for $25k over the sticker price. I responded: "why not allow the next person on the list to get the build slot, so that everyone moves up and gets their car based on who got on the list first to last?" The answer was, they need to make money by any means necessary. In this case, instead of allowing the next person to get their long awaited car, they are selling the build slot to a broker (which will flip the car and inflate GT3 prices). You can confirm this story with Josh (salesman there). I am local to this dealership, and because of their lack of ethics, I will never purchase anything from them. I will travel 2 hours to Philadelphia to get my new cars at MSRP prices. -Tony

I went to pick it up and kept asking them if everything was good on it and if there were and problems with it and they kept saying NO. I asked that question like 3 times and then paid him and left. Half a mile down the road I hear this loud clanking noise come from under my car. I knew they did something to it. I took it back and asked if they test drove it after doing the work and they said NO. I said well you did something to it. I ended up leaving and took it to like 3 other people during the course of 1 month. They all said that the bolt on the bottom of my frame holding my subframe to my car was stripped or broke. I tried to get my money back off the owner but he wouldn't give me the money back! Stay away from these people they are not actual mechanics and they are not professionals. They basically don't exist on paper and there is like no way to go after them if something goes wrong!
