Walnut Hills High school has a very impressive alumni association for a high school. It's probably…read moreas well run as most small college alumni associations. With many successful alumni, they are able to raise millions to keep the school going and to build and update the buildings. The school boasts alumni such as James Levine, Charles Guggenheim, and John Hoebbel. Students boast about alumni such as Charles Manson and Jerry Rubin. While I was a student there they built a huge science and arts building that cost millions. The next year they completely renovated the school's auditorium which I got to take full advantage of as a theatre student. Soon after I left they were renovating the gym. Walnut Hills is part of the Cincinnat Public School system but because of all the amenities from the private alumni funding, it has access to resources that other public schools in the area. This is all thanks to the Alumni foundation.

MSB has housed me for the past 4 years. I have a love-hate relationship with it. So many good, bad,…read morebut mostly non-descript times in the cafeteria, library, cadaver lab, particular study rooms, the gym...it is my sanctuary, and alas, my prison. Only 3 more years!!! 3...more...years.... Need to use the bathroom? Pick a floor and a corridor...I know the entire layout. Am I bragging about this? Maybe. Need to avoid the elevators after a huge lecture or a lunch conference? I know of a couple stairwells that will get the job done for you. Starving and it's 3 am? Stroll on over to one of the vending machines and may I recommend the mini-donuts in particular? Sure, you're on the track to diabetes but look at what you're doing at 3 am on a Saturday night, for crying out loud. Do you even HAVE standards anymore?!?! MSB has it all. That's why a certain person in the c/o 2012 managed to actually LIVE in the MSB, eating out of the R&R fridges, surfing the net for hours in the library and then in the private computer lab, getting free laundry service and deriving his entire wardrobe from the 1st floor scrub machine. For his once-a-week showers (I'm guessing), the CARE/Crawley gym would suffice. Or the sinks in the bathroom. I wouldn't know for sure. This is one place I'll have both fond and painful memories of, but in 2016 I will run away and never look back!

Terrible school. The school resource officer has been grooming my granddaughter. She was meeting…read morewith my granddaughter daily & buying her toys. We had already told them we did not have any needs & my granddaughte had plenty of toys & to not send anything home. Finally, we went to the school & told the resource officer directly to leave my granddaughter alone. What they did next was highly unethical, they said they talked to me about my granddaughters absences, which was a lie. I never spoke with them. They told my daughter that my granddaughter was out of parent notes & if she missed anymore, there would be truancy charges. Do you know how hard it is to watch your granddaughter get physically sick over being stalked by the resource officer? Every chance the resource officer got to be alone with her, she did. After we make a complaint over it, the school filed truancy charges, I call this retaliation. I heard he secretary tell my daughter (IF) she (my granddaughter) missed again, they would report her for truancy. Then they added notes that they couldn't get a hold of us & added pages & pages of notes. I noticed the notes were from when my daughter was a child back in 2009 & they added that as evidence to my granddaughter being truant. Ironically, my daughter was a victim of Yealey & the notes go back to when I had filed a OCR complaint. Did you know that Yealey had employed a counselor who was married to a pedofile who assaumotes kids my daughter's age at that time? Now the school is grooming my granddaughter & lying in school documents in order to look innocent. I am seeking legal advice & I will take legal action. I would love to give full details on this situation to our local news & if anyone else has had a bad experience, please reach out & maybe we can start a class action lawsuit against this unethical & unacceptable retaliation & unjust treatment & behavior.
