I'm always hesitant to get attached to a class because they often switch them around to accommodate new classes. This is great for variety, and I understand they make changes based on attendance, so it's not the end of the world.

Teachers are friendly and make the lessons fun for kids! The issue I have are the following: 1. The teacher / pool manager doesn't pay attention to each student's progress. If you don't voice your concern, your child will likely stay at the same level for an extensive period. I'd suggest a real progress check/test every month for each kid to see if the individual is ready to move to the next level. 2. The front office is often rude. There is a lady who normally works on Sun, you get the feeling that she didn't want to be there... Her answers often ended with "I cannot help you" or "I cannot predict the future". We have decided to call for help during the week to seek help in order to avoid the lack of customer service... These are not major issues and should be an easy fix! I will start looking at other swim lesson facilities if no improvements made in the coming month. I have changed my review from 3 to 4 star as it has clearly improved on issue #1 since my review! Amy contacted me personally soon after I had applied for the scholarship & got me enrolled & ready to go. Our first time there we were greeted with smiles & our goodie bags. The place is very clean & kid friendly. All the staff is very kind. Everyone I encountered there was good with the kids, cared about the kids & seemed to love their job. Ryanne kept a good eye on my middle child as he is extremely ornery & squirmy. She was awesome with my kids! I can't say enough about Amy, she's a wonderful lady! She interacts with everyone & calls the kids by their names. She walks the edge of the pool checking on everyone & all the things, during lessons. She talked to my boys after every lesson & even teared up on our last one. She gave my boys big hugs telling them she hopes to see them soon. The scholarship that they offer is such a blessing. We wouldn't have been able to afford lessons other wise. My middle child has nearly drowned twice, and now after his lessons I feel he could make his way out of a pool on his own if need be. I was annoyed but understanding plus the manager told me he would switch us for the same rate. So I called To get switched and they would always promise me a call back wouldn't call me back. This seriously went on for two weeks! So then I started calling other locations and asking if we could switch to their location one after another the same thing would happen where they would promise me a manager would call me back and I would never get a callback. That's when I realize this place was a complete and utter scam. It took me leaving a Facebook post and canceling my credit card to prevent them from charging me to get them to finally reach out to me where they offered me a free month of private lessons. We went to the first one and it was such a joke. The guy was literally just showing my son how to splash, swirled him around a little and called it a day. This was supposedly their swim instructor with the most experience. We've had lessons at other schools that Have been more more intensive for better price.

He can do many things that I think that really contributed to the success and guidance he has received from his teachers here at the center. Overall, the center is very clean, safe, and morale is crazy good here. You can tell that they have a great team and everybody is always positive and helpful. They're very caring and very safe with your children. I recommend to everyone to come here with your children. They have activities for your crawling baby all the way to swim, and gymnastics. They had a promotional bag that they sent home with all the parents. I love that they offer one class for free to see if you and your child like their facility, instructor, and class. My daughter is in the beginner class. They swim for 30 mins one day a week or however many days you have them signed up. They go over basic swimming skills like swimming properly, back floating, black swimming, going under water, and going under water to grab objects. I also like that it's only three kids to a class. I feel this is best for the kids to be able to each get a chance to participate in activities as well as have a little one on one time. Her instructor is Mary and she seems to like her and really be enjoying swim class. They are a little pricy, but when I looked up another school in the area it was about the same price. For one day a week, 30 minutes a class, the price is $88. Overall, I like Goldfish and can't wait to continue to see my daughter excel in swimming.
