They really care about the students! I also love that each year they have a Dad's Night and a Mom's Night. These nights are so special. I get to visit her school and she gets to show me everything and introduce me to everyone. They have a lot of games that center around the two of us working together. A really great bonding time for parent and child. I also appreciate that they will play outside as long as there isn't inclement weather. This means that they still get some playground time in the winter. And, as all parents know, you need to get outdoors as much as possible in the winter time to blow off some of that excess energy. The pickup and drop-off traffic can be pretty crazy, so I usually just park across the street in the overflow lot and walk over. Much easier than waiting in line. This preschool has a lottery to enroll. I have no idea if that is really common these days, but I was surprised. Luckily we made it in. As long as one sibling is enrolled then other siblings can enroll too and bypass the lottery. They offer 2-day and 3-day with morning or afternoon start times. The 2-day is Monday and Friday. The 3-day is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Class is in session from September to May. Trust me, you and your child will love this preschool.

My affiliation with the school is through my employer, Gateway Community & Technical College. Gateway has a mentoring relationship with the school and is involved in various activities there. Safety & Facility Security: The building is kept locked with a pin code that changes frequently, giving great peace of mind. Cleanliness: The facility always looks, smells, and stays exceptionally clean and tidy. Life Skills: They even teach the children how to clean up after themselves! Daily Routine & Updates App Tracking: They log all meals, potty breaks, diaper changes, and potty attempts thoroughly via an app. Photo Updates: You receive at least one photo a day. Seeing those pictures of him smiling genuinely made my workday--he was so happy there. (Note: There are no live-stream video feeds you can watch, but the facility is recorded for security.) Learning & Development When he started his new preschool in Cincinnati, the staff was genuinely shocked by what he already knew. LeBlonde, a legend in the Queen City's machine tool industry. LeBlonde built his mansion in 1913. European heritage is prominent throughout the structure, such as lead peaked windows and a stone exterior. While some renovations have been needed, I was pleased to see most of the original home untouched and intact. LeBlonde lived in the house until his death in 1953. Afterwards, the property was willed to the Archdiocese and became St. Ursula Villa in the 1960s. St. Ursula Villa is a beautiful landmark rich in Cincinnati history. Since this is a private school, the most respectful time for viewing is on the weekends when classes are not in session.
