She pursued a conversation with me throughout the appointment, which made it more enjoyable. She did a great job at making sure I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. She introduced me to her instructors and was very kind throughout the entire appointment. During my time in the salon, she asked me what my preferences were on styling before leaving the appointment, and she did such a great job at making my hair look beautiful. I loved the color, her service, and how she styled it!! I would 100% recommend her, and I plan on going back to her!

Before you go to your class, a few pointers: Large campus, but no map is available. Some buildings are marked, others not, The directions I received indicated Bldg 303, Door 3. The class was held in Bldg 400, some 300 yards away. Finding Bldg 303 was not easy. There was a phone number to call, but they refuse to answer the phone. You can leave a msg, but they refuse to return the call. Others in the class reported the same experiences. Your tax dollars at work! I Googled the address, but had to try a few times because the street for Bldg 303 was not given. I got directions from Google, but then the directions told me to turn onto a one-way road, the wrong way. Give yourself extra time and take food and water.

At night they hold adult classes all through out the building. The teachers are FANTASTIC and work with you to help you succeed. You're more than just a student-- you're their student. In the labs we're a family not just a class. With this school I will go far in life.

It was a bit of a wait to get shampooed as they had a lot of people getting their hair done. Since this is a hair school alot of the students are still being trained. The lady who did my hair was kind, and knowledgeable. She asked me how I wanted my curls to lay and I appreciated that. The hair school was clean and the stations were tidy. I liked that I the ladies cleaned after themselves after ever shampoo wash. I'll definitely be back.

Wasteful waiting time included student trainees waiting for floor supervisors (talking about nothing) to approve and start services. Constant poor communication and operational management decision-making, mixed messages from floor managers last-minute changes given to students after assigned services resulted in incomplete performance of services for which I still had to pay. I am a retired senior citizen and a board member of The Hamilton Board of Commissioners. With over 45 years of professional service, I have dedicated myself to uplifting, educating, and advocating for the betterment of the families and students of Hamilton County. Well, , serves me right for not doing my research before setting an appointment there. Save yourself time and money and read my review. Please read if you are taking your skill test and maneuverability test. I have 7000 trips with rideshare companies and a clear driving record for 30 years. I failed the driving test. The 2 staff, 1 male and 1 female were pleasant and we chit chatted. I arrived 20 minutes early and made small talk with them. Yet I failed. You HAVE TO STOP AT A STOP SIGN OR LIGHT FOR 3 SECONDS. NOT ONE OR TWO OR 2.5. A WHOLE 3 SECONDS. Even if like me, the road is completely clear and there isn't a car to be seen. That's why I failed as an adult. I now have to pay $60 for online courses and another $50 for another test. Thats $110 for a 6 second mistake. Not to mention the addional time this costs me. The elderly, white male instructor said most people fail the first time for the same reason. Yet he SAID NOTHING before the test and failed to warn me. I had told him I had 7000 trips with Uber, and I showed up driving a new, unblemished, dent free car. I clearly know how to drive. So this place is a racket. It's a way to make more money for this school. I don't appreciate this and I doubt you will either. The teenager in the lobby was on his 3rd attempt. I'm sorry, but that's absurd. I received my assessment in an email and found he dinged me for other reasons like turning too slow/fast (didnt happen) And failing to check mirror before a lane change (didnt happen). The email is purposefully difficult to read and understand and I have an English degree. So be sure to ask them in person to explain each place you lost points and what to do differently next time. I went in thinking I would be treated fairly. I left feeling like I'd been Had.
