I asked why I can't see a doctor. they seem as though they're very high falutin and don't want certain patients to see doctors. I've come in to get a second shot because she couldn't do two in one day and so I came the next week here to Bolingbrook after getting the first shot in Joliet. When I got to Bolingbrook she said my appointment was 2:20 I said it was 2:40, I got here at 2:35; patient courtesy will tell you there was nobody in the waiting room that you would give the person the shot. They sent me home and I'm disabled, it takes me about two and a half hours to get ready and they asked me to reschedule. I will not be rescheduling!! When I come to a practice that refuses to treat me like a human being, let me see a doctor, and do something so simple as give a shot in my knee they are horrible, just want the insurance money and don't care.

I then said so you are admitting to trying to scam me and she said you can think whatever you want to think. Unbelievable. This seems super predatory, just immediately bypass insurance and private pay please. We don't know when you are trying to get in sooner than, but we know you have to private pay to do it.

Naseem respects and values your time and works hard to get your testing completed promptly with the best results possible. And your reports are read very quickly by the reading radiologists. Naseem has several Specialty Radiologists such as Spine, orthopedics, podiatry, etc. So your tests are read by providers who specialize in the area you need.
