Rainbow mole so amazing so flavorful

Mole mole is part of a food cart corrale. The menu is huge and has various of Latin dishes.

Tres mole

Oh me oh my! First time to PDX and Mole Mole! Was at the top of the Eater reds list and it did not disappoint. This may have been the very best plate of Mexican food I've ever had, anywhere, anytime. I'm on a hunt for mole and wow... this mole was perfection on a plate. I loved all three! Enjoyed a beer with my meal next door at Baerlic.

Ambiance: 7/10 eclectic. Service: 6/10 kind people Food: 7/10 very good for a reasonable price. $30 total for a burrito, mole enchiladas and salsa Chips & Salsa 7.5/10 I got seconds bc it was so good. Perfect spice. Good portions. Enchiladas: 7/10 Pink: earthy & sweet. Beautiful color from the beets. Brown: chocolate-y and sweet. Green: nutty from pistachios. Really unique flavors I'd never tried before. Beautiful colors and great way to try unique foods like mole Burrito: 7/10 great burrito, big portion, reasonable price. Delicious and filling. Plates: just look at the plates we were using. They were beautiful. I'm sure it made the food taste better being served in this.

Nachos and a cold beer

Stopped by for a quick lunch on the weekend. As part of a food cart pod with a lot of cover seating, this place serves up a great plate of nachos with crisp chips and fresh toppings. I will be back to try their other featured dishes. The vibe is relaxed but vibrant as part of the Alberta Art district. This is also located next to the Baerlic Brewing which is great for grabbing a cold microbrew with the meal. All in all, Mole Mole hits the mark for quality food, friendly service, and an easygoing atmosphere

So good! So much to offer and they are fast. Service was friendly and there is some benches to sit at to enjoy your food. I loved the vibe of the area and there's nearby thrift stores to check out as well if you'd like!

Carnitas Burrito

$10 for a carnitas burrito is a good deal in my book. Lots of meat in it as I felt satisfied after I finished it. I also got an horchata to go along with the burrito and I'm glad it wasn't overly sweet.

Tres Enchiladas Plate (Chicken)

Love this place. Came here on a beautiful Monday afternoon for lunch and the Tres Mole Enchilada plate hit the spot. The mole is packed with rich flavor and the service was very fast. One of my go to spot for lunch or dinner. A must try if you are in the Alberta Arts area.

I saw this place on several peoples videos and more than one person had high praise for these guys. So i figured I might as well check it out because it looked great in the videos I have seen. I was not disappointed at all. Decided on the tres mole with the carne asada and it also came with rice. I have had the traditional mole but the verde or green and the rose I have never tried. So I was definitely intrigued by the two other sauces. So happy I got to try this definitely worth the trip as we were staying across town near the airport. The flavors were great with each one having a unique profile. If you have had traditional mole then you know the flavor profile of traditional flavor which I really enjoyed, then you have the green sauce which if you like tomatillo salsa you will enjoy this one. The real wild card is the rose or red sauce that is the different one that I was not sure if I was going to enjoy it well I did. If you enjoy well made Mexican food then you definitely have to try these guys out. i liked it that I did not have to add anything to it the flavors were great without adding anything. That is rare that I get a dish that does not need a little something. This dish comes out perfectly seasoned. The menu is fairly good sized so I will be going back so I can try out more of the delicious menu items. The ambiance is ok I like the neighborhood and how easy it is to walk some people may not like it , parking can be a little tricky but if you're patient you will find some.

Quesabirria plate

Amazing food and super fast service. Loved the outside seating with heaters. 10/10 would recommend

I got the tres enchiladas so that I could try the pink, brown and green mole sauces. The pink was pretty weak and I didn't really love it. Similar with the green. Both also felt underseasoned. The brown one I liked and would order again, although I've also had better brown mole elsewhere. For each of the enchiladas I got carne asada. It wasn't very good. Very small bites of meat, somewhat dried out, no intramuscular fat, probably a very cheap cut of meat. The rice really stood out as excellent to me though. Nice individual grains, nicely seasoned, good amount of bite to it, very well done. I also got two tacos: one chorizo and one carnitas. The tacos themselves were pretty good. Seemed pretty fresh and stuff. Which is possibly the most important part of a taco to me, so yeah, that was pretty solid. Each of the meats were a little dry though. It also could have used some sauce. For desert I got a caramel churro. It wasn't good. It kinda just tasted like a homogeneous, overly starchy, bland thing. A little oily too. The brown mole was good and so was the rice, so I think I'd stop by to order that again if I were in the area. With carnitas as my meat; it was better than the carne asada. I wouldn't get the asada again.

Tres Moles

Th service was very fast and it is nice that you can sit inside the taproom next door during the cold. I ordered the tres moles with carnitas and the portion was good. The meat was well cooked but the star of the show, the moles, were kind of bland.

Birria Quesadilla
Venecia R.

We got a birria plate and a birria quesadilla here while drinking at Baerlic Beer Co. This walk up Mexican food place is right next to this brewery and easy to order online and pick up. The food was so delicious and very synthetic. The birria was juicy and flavorful. I wish I ordered more quesadillas!

Chicken Pozole
Erika C.

This pozole was unreal!! So flavorful, slightly spicy and plenty of shredded chicken then served with a generous portion of tortilla chips. The colorful, custom bowl and plate were just the icing on the cake! The perfect meal before boarding our plane back home to Boston!

Enchiladas hit the spot. Carne Asada more flavorful than the chicken. Got a side of mole which was also great.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!

I'm a creature of habit so I could order flautas here forever, but I promised myself I would try the chile relleno next time we go. Wish me luck! We love the casual vibe. Teen wanted boba, and we decided to order Mediterranean from this place which also strangely sells boba. Yes, I rewarded the chore avoidance. Sue me. I worked four tens, all week my mental health clients were stressed and distressed, and I was honestly a lump. We both ordered a Moroccan stewed chicken that comes with saffron rice, salad, and three spicy sauces - one yogurt and maybe sumac? , one sriracha, and one yogurt mixed with sriracha maybe? We liked the rice, chicken, salad, and the yogurt sauce. Just ok though. Not omg good. I wish the two other sauces had been in separate containers and not on the rice. My mint and honey tea was fine. Kid's boba was not full. Not because it spilled either, because it was sealed with the boba seal lid thingy. For $6 that was disappointing. The hummus and dolmades plate came with one sad not good pita, ONE, and I think our Uber eats driver flung it out the window like kids used to deliver newspapers from their bikes because yogurt sauce was freaking everywhere. The hummus was not great. Teen ( the dolmades fan) said the grape leaves were good. Probably not a repeat in store. One and done.
