Despite it not being a warranted repair they shipped it back to the manufacturer and negotiated the repair on our behalf. That kind of customer service has won me as a customer for life.

I'm not used to that kind of honesty these days! He even gave me a few pointers on what materials I should use and suggested a few youtube videos. I literally went next door to the hardware store, picked up what I needed for under $5, went home and did it myself. All it took was a razor blade, some super glue, an ice-cold beer and I was done! While there, I noticed some really cool hoodies, surf boards galore (even some nicely priced used ones in the back), and a ton of dope skateboard kicks. I haven't said the words "dope" or "kicks" in quite a long time (especially in the same sentence) but having stepped foot in this pretty hip skate/surf shop definitely brings it out of you. Hang tight! Or is it hang-loose? Either way, this is definitely a rad shop right by the beach!

We called multiple times but no one picked up and we had no option to leave a message. Also messaged and called via Instagram. We got in and they told us they didn't do any wetsuit rentals and did not have ANY women's wetsuits available to sell. Planned our whole weekend around surfing this morning and our whole day was wasted. On top of that, they couldn't even refund us right away because it was done online. Horrible management and horrible experience, do not recommend at all.

That was a pet peeve of mine with other surf shops, you'd have to wait around an hr or 2 if you wanted to buy a leash! Anyway, they'll chat you up and make sure you get the right board. They don't haggle, which i think is a good policy, instead they just charge a fair price.

I always get a ton of compliments on them. There is a really good selection of comfy flip flops and bathing suits. For a small spot , you can have a lot of fun in there without spending a lot. Mike was very patient with me (I was in the store for over an hour being indecisive) and helped me pick out a cool pair of board shorts for my boyfriend. He even threw in a freebie! I highly recommend this spot and plan on hitting it up next weekend to get a head start on spring shopping. I wish they had a Maritme in the city!

It's the sensation you get as you ride an incoming wave. There's no greater feeling in the world than having a wave barrel around you as you glide effortlessly across its face on a 7' surfboard going Mach 10. Time slows down. Your senses are heightened. You feel the splash of the wave as it closes behind you. Your heart is pumping. Your adrenaline level surges as you punch out of the tube and back into reality. Thanks to Elliot's coaching, I was lucky enough to experience my first "tube ride" down in the shores of Puerto Rico at his surf camp. I first attended one of his surfing lessons with some friends over in Long Beach. Everybody had a blast; and from that experience, I decided to sign up for his surf retreat. It was an absolute treat to be down there in PR. He is a great instructor and also a very gracious host. After each surf session in Aguadilla, he showed me the best local eats and also made delicious food at his home to replenish the calories I burned that day. If you've never tried surfing or want to increase your abilities, I highly recommend Elliot as your teacher. Whether its the surf lesson, or his surf retreat down in Puerto Rico, you'll have a great time catching and riding waves. The sea beckons, and I will definitely be back.
