I kept getting over charged and asked my insurance why I'm paying so much and was told they are…read moreover charging me and I should ask to see the contract to prove it. They wouldn't show me of course. Had a temporary crown put in and it was not temporary as they could not get it off as I believe the assistant permanently installed it as when I went back to put the permanent one in they couldn't get it out. So if and when it falls out come back haha. So I'm stuck with a temporary crown and my new dentist has to deal with it and try to get it covered under my insurance since it was not done correctly. Then on a second occasion the assistant left a temporary over lay on my tooth. Which made me have to go back the next day and miss a few hours of work to have it taken out. 3rd I had another crown put in and had my tooth drilled and grinded down too much to where the new crown fell off 4 times. All 3 times i was charged all 3 times to install it back due to their mistake. And like the other review I saw they have no sympathy for you. I was 4 minutes late due to a rollover car accident ans they shut down the road I was on and they charged me for missing my apt even though I was in the parking lot just parking. I can't predict a road being shut down and me being stuck on a shut down road and having to be re-directed. Then I got sick and due to their COVID rules I decided to be honest and tell them I was sick and yet again got charged because it was 1 day notice and not 48 hours notice. Again sorry I'm not a psychic and didn't know I would get sick the day before my appointment. I shouldn't have said anything and gotten you all sick I guess. They ask if you want fluoride on your teeth but fail to say it's not covered under most of your insurance companies as I had it happen to me and I was stuck with the bill but learned my lesson. and then heard another customer complaining about the same thing. Don't ask if we want it without letting us know it's not covered when you know it's not. This place used to be awesome and turned horrible within the past 2 years. It's a shame they turned money hungry instead of being more towards customer service.

Believe the reviews when they say that this place is an absolute money grab. They tricked me into doing 8 fillings, through x-rays. My previous dentist never mentioned anything like this. I should of gotten another opinion, but I was naive and trusted her since I've only had nice, kind, good quality dentists. Literally after I did it, I have only experienced pain. Hot/cold food, acidic food, sweet food, and pretty much eating in general hurts. I tried to come back to do a bite adjustment, but literally every time, she basically blamed me and said that it's my fault that I can't tell her the exact location of where it hurts. Ummmm, let me brush off my imaginary dental degree. I've also done basic cleanings here from two different hygienists and let me tell you...the most painful cleanings I've ever had in my life. The last straw was when I tried to schedule a "final" bite adjustment (these are never-ending because I've realized she literally doesn't know how to fix the problem) and they called me to come early because the dentist was finished earlier than expected. I agreed because I was excited to have it done sooner since it was late in the evening and I had a tight appointment after, so I arrived to the office quickly. I ended up waiting in waiting room for 20 minutes....basically close to my original appointment time. I was only seen, when I mentioned it to the front desk receptionist. Literally another 20 minutes later, the doctor was finally available...to see another patient. I just left. And now I'm excited to find a new dentist.
