Dr. Mojab and his dental assistant, Angie, are absolutely wonderful. There are not enough positive words to describe their professionalism, kindness, and thorough expertise. Dr. Mojab, took his personal time to help me on his day off to complete a root canal on a cracked molar. Due to the severity of the fracture and pain, it took over three hours to perform. Dr. Mojab and Angie were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Dr. Mojab and Angie, enough. read more

Mojab Dental - General Dentistry Near Me - Pleasanton, California

I had been searching for a great dentist for years and as an RN that is frightened of dentists I am extremely picky! I LOVE going to see Dr, Mojab and having my teeth cleaned by Mabel who is so gentle. Angie, the receptionist is also so kind and attentive, I rarely write reviews but I am trying to help someone find an awesome dentist that is as scared and doubtful as I once was. You will be amazed by the care you get here and they don't try to sell you up on things you don't need. I met some really shady dentists in my 70 years. Go you will be ecstatic!!!!!! read more

I am in my late 60s and Dr Mojab and his office manager assistant Angie are the very best dental experience I have ever had. They are exceptional when it comes to caring for their patients. They provide a professional calming and positive atmosphere. For the first time in my life I enjoy having this healthy dental relationship. Dr Mojab is compassionate and respectful of financial situation. He does his best to work with my limited finances and he is not greedy. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Mojab and his staff are absolutely awesome. The quality of their work is amazing and I trust them. They do not over charge and do not oversell their services. read more

First time going to see Dr Mojab, cheap teeth cleaning and x-rays but he tried to scam me into getting fillings for cavities that I don't have. Dr Mojab quoted me ~$450 to fix 4 cavities and I would have likely paid it, but I wanted amalgum fillings and Dr Mojab only does plastic. I went to see another more expensive dentist ready to get my cavities filled. He poked at the my teeth and looked at the x-rays and said that I have an excellent layer of enamel, and no cavities. So just be aware and informed. I'm not sure if it was Dr Mojab intention to deceive me into getting unnecessary dental work. read more

I spent few hours at Mojab Dental this past weekend, getting through the cleaning and filling and it was best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The experience was outstanding right from the moment I walked in, I was treated very professionally. Dr. Mojab is extremely meticulous and the cleaning I got is best since I remember. Getting the filling has been quite painful in the past (I would know, with 9 fillings! :) ), But I have to say I didnt feel a thing and at no point was I uncomfortable. Awesome Experience, I'll be back! read more

I am so pleased with the service from Dr. Mojab and the staff. They accommadated my request for an appointment on short notice and were just absolutely the top most in friendly professional service. The quality of work was very thorough. Quality of work was great. Dr. Mojab and his staff very kindly answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. He is very open minded and just overall this place really does deserve all the 5 star ratings here. The yelp reviews are what interested me to drive 42 miles to come to his office and it was worth it. The rates are reasonable too, as I don't have dental insurance and pay out of pocket. Even though I had found 2 cavities, there was no pressure to get them fixed same day or anything. I received a written estimate for the repairs and it was more than fair. I will be returning their to get them filled. I know many people are concerned about honesty and I am sure that I have 2 cavities because he showed them to me with a mirror and sure enough there were 2 very visible black spots almost like mold spots on the center of my rear molars. I have not been using flouride toothpaste for a few years but also I only brush once a day so that could be the reason. I also I only get my teeth cleaned like once every 5 or 6 years, so I was asking to get a cavity. This is an honest dental practice and genuine high quality service. You won't regret coming here for your dental needs. If you have any concerns Dr. Mojab and the staff will kind patiently address them all. I was so pleased that I felt like giving them an extra $20 tip as a thank you and they refused it. read more

I was recently recommended to come to Dr. Mojab's office from a family member who recommended his services. From the moment I made the appt to coming in and my consultation, Dr. Mojab and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He was very patient as I told him I had a bit of anxiety, and went out of his way to help me feel relaxed. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Dr. Mojab and would recommend his services to all. read more

Mojab Dental - General Dentistry Near Me - Pleasanton, California

I came here after my previous dentist missed a giant cavity in my teeth about 5 months prior causing me to have a tooth extraction instead of getting it filled. I cracked my tooth sometime before my visit here and my last dentist again didn't notice it despite my listing my symptoms. Dr. Mojab knew right away what was wrong and handled the procedure quick and professional. I didn't feel a thing and he made the experience not as scary. He was honest and straightforward about my options which I appreciate. read more

Angie and Dr. mojab are awesome. They did a great job with my kid and with me too. They are super professionals and they only ask you you to do what you need. Angie can speak Spanish, this is great for me, because is in english is harder for me to have a conversation about dental care. read more

My Dentist is cooler than yours! :) I happened to find him through a Groupon offer when I was uninsured. Very mellow low key office with 80s music playing and a calm easy manner. His Asst Angie is super sweet and both are awesome ppl and go the extra mile to help. I just left the office now. I missed my appt cuz I was late so they fitted me in, stayed late on a holiday and were really sweet about it. Great service with a smile.... literally too read more

Mojab Dental - ... - General Dentistry Near Me - Pleasanton, California

Dr Ali Mojab has been our family dentist for 2 years. He is professional, but also affable and friendly. He is very busy with a full patient load, so he generally can't see you right away. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with Dr Mojab's work on our dental issues. The reason I'm writing is my wife is now fighting stage 4 cancer, and on top of all she has to deal with, 2 days ago her partial plate (put in before we saw Dr Mojab) loosened out of her mouth. I was very worried Dr Mojab, with his constant full schedule, couldn't see her for quite a while. Anyhow we called the office that nite hoping and the next morning Dr Mojab called, learned of the problem, and set us up to come in the following morning in between regularly scheduled patients. No waiting a month for a normal appointment. So I bring her in that next morning, Dr Mojab fixes & reglues the partial. Minimal bill as well. If there were more than 5 stars he'd get them all! Thank you Ali! read more

Great dentist! Very honest and doesn't try to get you to do procedures you don't need. My family from Sacramento even comes to see him

Dr. Ali is amazing and works magic. Long story short my front tooth chipped and I had to repeatedly get it fixed which was a huge inconvenience having to take time out of my already busy day to go to the dentist. Keep in mind Dr. Ali was not my primary dentist I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Dr. Ali seen my chip and with his go get em nothing I cannot fix attitude took my chip away! I can honestly say proudly that I haven't had to schedule an appointment to correct my chip. Like I said Dr. Ali is the tooth fairy & worked his magic. My smile is now 10x gorgeous than it was organically. Thank you Dr. Ali for bringing my confidence back and helping me show the world my pearly whites through my smile. I do and will continue referring, recommending Dr. Ali for any and all dental work. read more

Lets just start out by saying all my experiences with dentists set the bar rather low for me. At the ever-so-loathsome semiannual teeth cleaning, I was told that I needed my wisdom teeth taken out. I live in Sacramento, CA, and being that my own dentist doesn't handle oral surgeries, I was referred to Dr. Ali Mojab. I drove from Sacramento to Pleasanton to have him conduct my surgery. I had never been to his office before. I walked in, and was simply amazed. I had never seen such a clean and professional dentist's office! Everything looked organized, but also comfortable. This atmosphere allowed me to feel more at ease (I get very nervous when it comes to surgeries... you can ask him). Of course, there is nothing fun about surgery, but I would say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a dentist -- or with any doctor, for that matter. I was awake the whole time and due to his very skilled numbing process, I was at ease and didn't feel a thing (of course every once in a while he would stop and ask me how I was doing but I was better than ever!). His oral hygienist, Angie, was very helpful during this whole process. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was set up before my surgery. Dr. Mojab made sure to brief me on the post-surgery do's and dont's. I was given everything I needed to recover quickly. My recovery time was less time than I thought, and I even got a couple calls to see how I was doing from my very friendly dentist, Dr. Mojab. Being that I was very satisfied with his work ethic, I would recommend him to anyone. Needless to say, I really feel that he is going to be my new main dentist! Don't believe me? Check him out! :) read more

Dr. Mojab was fantastic! Seriously it's the first dental appointment I've actually enjoyed. He and Angie took their time to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Mojab was friendly, thorough and made sure my visit was pain free. The office is really clean and modern. Overall 5 stars! I'll be back! read more

I had to change dentists recently as my previous dentist was not a provider for my new insurance plan. From the list of providers I was given who were on the plan who practice in Pleasanton, where I live, I chose Dr. Mojab because he had the best yelp reviews. Sometimes this is risky because it is clear that some of these reviews can be fakes, but in this case, I concur with everyone else. This office is great! Dr. Mojab is patient and gentle and listens to your fears and does his best to accommodate your concerns - such as heating up the water used to rinse my mouth during the treatments as I told him my teeth are sensitive to cold. This was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. He did not try to up-sell services or treatments that I didn't need. This is always a risk. A lot of dentists will try to talk you into replacing fillings or redoing some other work, but this did not happen at all with Dr. Mojab, and when he said I didn't need a costly crown which had been recommended by another dentist, quite yet, I was sold. His office is very comfortable and welcoming and I even got a blanket when I felt a bit cold. :-) I am glad I found Dr. Mojab's office and if he is on your list of participating dentists, or if you are just looking for a great dentist, do not hesitate to select this office to serve all your dental needs. read more

I recently switched to Mojab Dental from a dentist I have been seeing for 15 years. I took my teenage daughters there as well. I could not have had a better experience. The personalized service and the integrity he has (and Angie) I have not seem in a very long time in a medical setting. I did not feel any financial pressure which is one of the reasons why I left my former dentist and also a bad experience with a crown. read more

Doctor Mojab and his assistant Angie are amazing, they give their total attention to your needs. I was seeing another dentist in Pleasanton who was trying to sell me on something that I didn't need and was very disappointed on quality of care. I am so glad that I was able to find such an excellent dentist like Dr Mojab. All I can say is THANK YOU DR MOJAB! read more

I've never given reviews of a dentist, but I had to this time. Dr. Mojib is a great dentist. He did the cleaning himself and he took his time. Other dentists I've been to in Fremont and Milpitas took too long to do one job and it is not done right. From the first time I met Dr. Mojib, he took his time, asked me questions, addressed my fears, and patiently advised me on my dental issues. More importantly, he addressed my concerns promptly like making time to see me on a Saturday to address an dental issue. Angie, office dental assistant, is just a multi-tasker and a wonderful lady- keeping the office on track. I appreciate her personable approach. They really do make a great team and the environment they provide is worth at least 5 stars! I am very happy and I know that my teeth have never been under better care. read more

BEST dentist I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Dr. Mojab is a highly skilled, state-of-the-art dental expert. He is also extremely kind, polite and personable. His "chairside" manner is another strength, he will make you feel as though no problem is something to be worried or feared over. And my FAVORITE: he will undersell (meaning he'll be realistic), then OVERDELIVER (meaning you will be THRILLED beyond your imagination with your results, no matter what your procedure. Switch to Dr. Mojab and get a cleaning so you can see for yourself. The meeting with him and his staff, along with the BEST and MOST THOROUGH cleaning you've ever had, will back up everything I've mentioned and hopefully result in your becoming a new client of his! If pain or discomfort is a concern, please rest assured that Dr. Mojab is very intuitive and understanding so your procedure will be minimal if not devoid of any pain. I'm 49 and have plenty of experience, and I am ECSTATIC that I can trust my mouth and smile to Dr. Mojab, it's like a long-term concern just disappeared! read more

After being referred to Dr. Mojab several years back I was so impressed, I haven't stopped going to his office regularly since that first visit. I don't know many people who can honestly say that they enjoy going to the dentist, however, I absolutely enjoy time at my dentist's office! Angie works so hard to maintain order and keep all patients happy. Dr. Mojab makes my visit so entertaining. He has a way of making me feel comfortable during any procedure and quite frankly makes me laugh every time I visit. I love going to this office and actually commute from an hour away just to have the great experience that I continuously encounter. I strongly recommend this office. read more
