The teachers are truly special -- many of them have been there for 20+ years, which says so much about the school and the care they provide. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the environment is developmentally appropriate and nurturing. Because of how positive our experience was, we sent our second child there as well -- and he absolutely loves it. The teachers genuinely care about the children as if they are their own. My son has a food allergy, and they have gone above and beyond to take it extremely seriously and make me feel completely comfortable and confident in his safety every day. We went in person hoping to speak with someone directly about the camp and learn more about the program. When we arrived at the school the women at the door told us to call a number posted on the door so someone could come downstairs and speak with us. We were never even welcomed past the front steps and were left standing outside the entire time. After calling the number we were simply told the program was full. No one ever came downstairs to speak with us and no one took the time to explain the program or even mention the possibility of applying next year. The interaction felt very cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. As someone who works in hospitality I understand how important first impressions and "moments of truth" are. Even if a program is full families should still be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made me feel very small and unwelcome. Based on this experience I would never want to send my child to a place where families are treated this way.

As working parents, we were eager to find the best care for her during the day. (Due to Covid, finding in-home care was challenging, so we had to look for daycares.) After extensive research- we enrolled our daughter here and could not be more pleased that we did! The hours are amazing and flexible. The teachers are an absolute joy and it is obvious how much they love each child. We get pictures throughout the day, and they also let us know which skills they are focusing on during their daily activities. We have an app that allows us to communicate with the teachers. This is where we can request they focus on a specific developmental need (more tummy time, etc), and inform them of anything they should be aware of (like teething or a rough night sleeping). No matter what time of day we pick our daughter up, we always are thrilled with what we see when we peek through the door. It is also great seeing every teacher in the school greet our daughter by name even if she is not in their classroom specifically.

At pick-up time, teachers would always take a minute to talk about how the day went. Everyone is so kind. The large parking lot is a bonus. There's no stressing about traffic or double-parking at the start or end of the day. We took our daughter out after five months but only because of lots of family engagements that would've kept her out anyway. We wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

This franchise could not place my daughter in any of their other locations. Communication was not great, and the lack of empathy shocked me.
