Frustrated that one cannot reach their office, have to go thru central phone dept, explain issue before being transferred. Also, most inexcusable, I was scheduled for 3 surgeries, the 1st to begin on a Monday. Medicare sent me a new card which I was planning to give to the receptionist when I came in for appt. Friday evening at 5pm I received a call and told that all 3 surgeries were CANCELED, because insurance could not be verified. This is INEXCUSABLE. What better insurance is there than Medicare!
