From the welcoming staff to Dr. Abdallah's expertise, everything was exceptional. He explained my diagnosis and treatment options clearly, making me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Mohammed Abdallah for anyone in need of a skilled and caring vascular surgeon. My experience was excellent, and I am truly grateful for the care I received.

The BEST vascular surgeon in Broward county. As an ICU nurse, it's a known fact that many surgeons…read moredo not have very good bedside manner. Well this is definitely not the case with Dr Abdallah. He speaks with each patient as if they were a close friend. He is an excellent surgeon, has a stellar personality, and I would trust him with any of my family members. Bedsides working alongside him in the hospital setting, I have used him on two separate occasions for my varicose veins (an RN with varicose veins, surprise surprise). Once we did sclerotherapy and most recently endovenous laser ablation. Both procedures are done in the comfort of his newly renovated clean office. Sclerotherapy can be used for both varicose and spider veins. It involves injection of an sclerosing agent directly into the spider or varicose vein which will cause it collapse and virtually disappear. It is phenomenal.. all of my unsightly veins were wiped out! Unfortunately when women get pregnant (which I did a couple of years after this procedure) some may come back (which they did). So Dr Abdallah recommended the more invasive solution, which is the endovenous laser ablation also known as EVLT. EVLT involves using light emission (from a laser) to cauterize (burn) the inside of the varicose vein wall causing this unhealthy vein to close for good. We did this procedure in office in under an hour and I was able to go on in life as normal! Oh, and the unslightly veins were gone! Besides cosmetic procedures, As a vascular surgeon Dr Abdallah specializes in Hemodialysis access procedures, abdominal aortic aneurysm repairs , endartectomies, and any of your vascular needs.

However, a sweet lady called me back that Sunday ,because of the message I left and the level of pain I was in. She was patient, attentive, and kind. She heard my concerns, and assessed my problem, and gave me the earliest emergency slot appointment available. Monday morning, I showed up in a terrible condition-tons of pain that I never felt in my life. This office was completely understanding. Sometime when your sick, and out in Public the way people act can make you feel worse, especially if they are inconsiderate, however this office was never ever like that! Each person in the office was kind and helpful, from the moment I walked in I was assisted. When I got back, Doctor Lapco was so attentive, and kind. He gave me a fist bump, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed despite my "Self-Pay" status. He was not able to take a culture thanks to the level of swelling of my ear, but thanks to him inserting a cotton for collection of the antibiotic I was able to finally feel the antibiotic effects, thus the healing process could begin. Without that, the swelling would have blocked the medications from really having any effected - like it did all weekend prior. When I left the exam room, the front desk staff was able to assist in setting me up a follow up appointment, and despite my financial situation they really worked with me. I had to come back to get rechecked but being that I already made my way to the Urgent care and was out a few hundred dollars to no avail in fixing this problem, they were understanding and helping me out by not charging me the follow up appointment. This came as a surprise to me when I called still in pain asking for guidance on what to do. Thanks to this doctor, and his staff I was all better in 1 full week. He gave me good advice on my follow up appointment to keep from having to come back, advice I intend to follow. Thank you Dr. Paul Lapco, and staff for all your consideration, speedy assistance, and kindness. I am forever grateful.

I have a few details I would like to share about our recent visit to this practice. My daughter…read morerolled her ankle during a high school volleyball game last week. Thursday evening to be exact. Her sports therapy and training specialist at the school referred us to chat with Kara to align schedules and she made it possible to come in first thing Friday morning to see Dr Jason Perry. Do you know how incredibly rare that is, for a sought after physician in busy broward/palm beach county area, especially one who assists Lynn U and FAU athletes as well during the start of their football season, to accommodate a Friday morning at 9am?! We started off immediately on the right foot, with no pun intended (ok, the pun was definitely somewhat intended and that's why my teenager gets embarrassed!) Dr Perry was punctual, kind, listened to us and provided feedback and we were out and on our way to work and school within the perfect amount of time and the comfort of knowing we found a good match. The office was clean and organized, and while I am not a fan of being asked to wear a mask, I appreciated that they are focused on following office protocols. It shows that they run a tight ship and coming from healthcare management background, I like it. Not the mask, but the structure. I always try to find the positives because personally I do believe that masks are pointless. I won't go down that path here, though. Damian at the front desk was friendly and patient with us as we completed the intake documents and explained everything in great detail. A physician can know a plethora about our health, they save lives, they save ankles, etc - but a physician can only do what they do with a strong support staff. I promise, no doctor (especially the orthopedic surgeons) that I have worked for could manage a schedule, durable medical equipment, organize imaging studies, medical records, checkin and check out, submit claims and collect copays, and all of the other tasks that accompany a successful practice, on their own. The admin staff is the backbone (hehe, that pun wasn't initial intended, I swear). Kara was AMAZING in helping to make this happen for my baby girl on short notice. I am very grateful to have been connected with her and look forward to seeing her at our next visit as well. She made my little girl feel comfortable, eased her anxiety about wearing a boot, she was friendly and kind and very organized. Claudia was training with her and she was confident and sweet and if she is learning from Kara, she will be a great asset to the team as well. Thanks to Dr Perry's team for being there for us and we look forward to our follow up appts!

The practice waiting room is very spacious, the nurses, technicians, and doctors are all very friendly. I want to share my heart, because when someone becomes part of your testimony, their name deserves…read moreto be spoken with honor. I am alive today by the grace of God -- and because God placed Dr. Halloway in my path right when I needed him most. For years I suffered from complications with a failing kidney stent. I went through over 30 surgeries, constant infections, and pain that pushed my body to the edge. Things became so severe that I developed a fistula -- my bladder had ruptured -- and I was completely unaware of how dangerously close I was to losing my life. When I ended up in the emergency room under Dr. Halloway's care, I was exhausted, scared, and spiritually empty. And then God sent the right doctor. Dr. Halloway walked into my room and had a firm, honest, life-saving conversation with me -- something no one else had done. He didn't sugarcoat anything. He didn't speak softly just to comfort me. He cared enough to tell me the truth: If I didn't take immediate action, I would die. The tone he used wasn't harsh; it was full of compassion, urgency, and love for human life. That moment woke me up. That moment saved me. I believe with all my heart that God spoke through him, and that he was being guided to say exactly what I needed to hear. After I left the hospital, I followed up at his office. And this is where his dedication truly showed. Dr. Halloway did not rush me. He didn't treat me like a number, chart, or problem to clear off his schedule. He stopped everything he was doing, picked up the phone, and began calling relentlessly -- determined to find the correct doctor who could help address the fistula and the ruptured bladder. He would not stop until he knew I was in the right hands. That kind of compassion is rare. That kind of commitment is life-saving. That kind of doctor is Heaven-sent. And because of his persistence, his knowledge, and the way God guided him, I ended up receiving the treatment that changed everything. Dr. Halloway's actions were a major part of my miracle. Every time I share my testimony -- every single time -- his name is mentioned, because he is a big part of why I am still here today. After years of seeing many urologists, I can confidently say: there is no one like Dr. Halloway. He is skilled, compassionate, honest, and deeply committed to his patients. He listens. He cares. He speaks truth. And he fights for your life as if it were his own family standing in front of him. I am still his patient today, and I thank God for him. My children and grandchildren have me here because God used this doctor as a vessel of healing and mercy. Thank you, Dr. Halloway. You are part of my testimony forever. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping save my life. -- Tessa Westby(954)638-7626
