Just as important as the experience we had with the dr was the excellent interactions he's had with the office staff. My husband called twice with questions and they were answered immediately. When he called to change his appointment date because his pain was not getting better, both Yana and Jennifer went out of their way to get him in sooner. They are both friendly and compassionate. Then tells us the Pharmacy knows him and to just mention he sent us to these particular pharmacy's. Recently, I brough my elderly mother, who is permanently in a wheelchair, to see him as she has bone-on-bone knee pain that has gotten progressively worse over the past few years. Dr. Pham ended up doing a nerve block to help lessen the transmission of pain signals to the brain. While she will never be pain free, and will never be able to walk, doing this procedure is helping her balance realizing some pain relief while not having to undergo total knee replacement which she would never recover from. I appreciate Dr. Pham's conservative approach in providing treatment as opposed to recommending services and procedures that are not in the patient's best interest.

It's a small office and Dr. Wong is the only attending physician. They got a small office but the staff is friendly. Dr. Wong seemed nice. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. We also had some other tests done but they never call us back with the results. A few days later I got mine back but they couldn't find my wife's. I think it's okay going to a small doctor's office, but the staff just seemed a little confused or unorganized.

But when saw the doctor, he asked a lot of questions which we thought were not related to our medical history. We went alone with it because we thought he may wanted to get to know about hour medical background. But it comes to getting our results back from our test, it was very disappointing. My husband and I did the same test at the same time, but my husband got the result back after 2 weeks and I was told they can't locate my result. After repeated call back and forth, I finally got my results back 2 additional weeks with no explanations. Can you imagine if the test was a very important test and the result could be life and death?
