After I got there the Dr., Nowicki said she wanted to clip a few nails and send them to a lab to check for fungus. I said "okay". I've had other doctors send to labs to check things before. No problem. They sent it to a lab that was outside my network. Six months later now and I receive a bill for $802.11. Now I have spent the past 2 1/2 hours on the phone with my insurance company, this office and the lab. Now everyone (expect the insurance company who already said they won't pay) is telling me to appeal to the insurance company. Ridicules.

I have used three of their doctors over the last 8 years. Simply the best. Great! But only if you drive yourself to the appointments like i once did. My specific problem is there is no public seating outside where I have to wait to be picked up from my appointment. The car service expects us to be out on the street waiting for the driver or it leaves. Provided nowhere outside or even inside the lobby to sit and wait for the car. This can be as long as 20 minutes and I can not be on my feet for extended periods. Totally un-acceptable for a medical building. Even a few cinder blocks would be welcome. You would think that some of the primarys in these offices' could pitch in. Maybe have the forsight to understand this problem many patients must be faced with or change out providers. There are many 2nd and 3rd floor offices here. Please. Let's think things out and do a little forward thinking for the patients.

When I spoke to someone on the phone from their office they immediately told me that I did not have a fungal infection and to calm down. I was relieved but skeptical because they hadn't actually seen me. When I got to the office they were right, I had an ingrown toenail and it was so far in that it started pushing back. They removed the section that was underneath and that was that, a more relaxed walk. It's a great office. The procedure was fairly painless honestly the only part that hurt was the anesthetic injection. I am so thankful for them. I would definitely go back if I ever had any other issues.
