I have to say the staff was very nice and the office was nice. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I was taken into a room and asked a few questions and then left there for 45 minutes with no one coming to check on me. The doctor never came and so I left as I had to go to work. I will never go back here now. I'm trying to get my co-pay back. Tried to contact billing and no one answers the phone. I have left several messages I have called. I have emailed now it's going into credit dispute. read more

Terrible medical practice. I have gotten several infections after getting a procedure or exam done with them. Also, several times they fail to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy, or outside lab providers. I got fed up with them, I asked them to send my records to a new provider, and they did not do it. read more

Everything went well for me. I found the staff friendly and fast! Dr Garden preformed tests for what turned out to be prostate cancer. No pills were working. I recommend this place to people who are NOT contrarian and negative as I've read the reviews! read more

To be honest I never actually saw a urologist here.... I just couldn't stomach the beat-up, filthy waiting room and the foul attitude of the receptionist, so left after (unfortunately) breathing their noxious air for a few too many minutes. Guys just walking in the front door of this place is SCARY. read more

I want to share my heart, because when someone becomes part of your testimony, their name deserves to be spoken with honor. I am alive today by the grace of God -- and because God placed Dr. Halloway in my path right when I needed him most. For years I suffered from complications with a failing kidney stent. I went through over 30 surgeries, constant infections, and pain that pushed my body to the edge. Things became so severe that I developed a fistula -- my bladder had ruptured -- and I was completely unaware of how dangerously close I was to losing my life. When I ended up in the emergency room under Dr. Halloway's care, I was exhausted, scared, and spiritually empty. And then God sent the right doctor. Dr. Halloway walked into my room and had a firm, honest, life-saving conversation with me -- something no one else had done. He didn't sugarcoat anything. He didn't speak softly just to comfort me. He cared enough to tell me the truth: If I didn't take immediate action, I would die. The tone he used wasn't harsh; it was full of compassion, urgency, and love for human life. That moment woke me up. That moment saved me. I believe with all my heart that God spoke through him, and that he was being guided to say exactly what I needed to hear. After I left the hospital, I followed up at his office. And this is where his dedication truly showed. Dr. Halloway did not rush me. He didn't treat me like a number, chart, or problem to clear off his schedule. He stopped everything he was doing, picked up the phone, and began calling relentlessly -- determined to find the correct doctor who could help address the fistula and the ruptured bladder. He would not stop until he knew I was in the right hands. That kind of compassion is rare. That kind of commitment is life-saving. That kind of doctor is Heaven-sent. And because of his persistence, his knowledge, and the way God guided him, I ended up receiving the treatment that changed everything. Dr. Halloway's actions were a major part of my miracle. Every time I share my testimony -- every single time -- his name is mentioned, because he is a big part of why I am still here today. After years of seeing many urologists, I can confidently say: there is no one like Dr. Halloway. He is skilled, compassionate, honest, and deeply committed to his patients. He listens. He cares. He speaks truth. And he fights for your life as if it were his own family standing in front of him. I am still his patient today, and I thank God for him. My children and grandchildren have me here because God used this doctor as a vessel of healing and mercy. Thank you, Dr. Halloway. You are part of my testimony forever. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping save my life. -- Tessa Westby(954)638-7626 read more

It is a crime I was forcefully circumcised / mutilated in 1960 and trying to restore myself to wholeness wasting my time through supposedly professionals who can't do a foreskin restoration or prepuce transplant. To ask the urologist about circumcision only to hear him talk about hygiene as a benefit and ignoring the risk of trauma and loss of sexual satisfaction. Not only are the urologists unprofessional but I couldn't even get a male representative to speak to about such an important part of my personal being instead of being forced to talk to women about such a sensitive area of my anatomy. And if the women Snicker at the practice thinking it's a joke they should try having their clitoral hood removed and see how they feel after the operation read more

I am very pleased with the attention and care I've received from Dr Mini Varghese. She has helped me deal with and get through numerous recurring UTI's and various infections from a Foley catheter left in too long after being hospitalized. I wasn't happy nor did I feel cared for by the hospital urologist and when he told me I needed surgery and he saw signs of possible cancer, I asked my primary care doctor for a referral to another urologist. Without hesitation she immediately recommended Dr. Varghese. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm now on the mend with no surgery, and there was NO signs of cancer! Thank you Dr Mini Varghese for taking time to explain things and spend time reassuring me as I was led through various tests. I've also been treated with respect and very happy with all the staff at Z Urology. read more

Dear Z Urology Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your clinic. When I initially called, I was told that the total cost for a prostate check-up--including all necessary tests--would be $500. I agreed and paid that amount with the understanding that it covered everything, including follow-up. However, when I returned two weeks later for the follow-up appointment, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $200 just to speak with the doctor. This was never mentioned during my initial call or visit. If the actual cost of the full service is $700, that should have been communicated clearly from the start. This kind of pricing practice feels misleading and unprofessional. I understand that healthcare costs in the U.S. can be complex, but transparency is essential--especially for patients paying out of pocket. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. read more

I came to Zurology as my previous son got his circumscion. I came here again as I had a good experience with Dr. Halloway previously. When I emailed their information email as they recommended patience to email. I never received a response from the nurses. When I called to schedule an appt it took 40 minutes as the young lady that was making the appointment was not familiar with the office procedure and policies when it came to this particular procedure. When I arrived to the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I had to get the the confusion that happened when I paid my appointment cleared up. Paid for my sons procedure just to sit in an empty wait room for an hour and a half and just to be told the doctor is running behind. But this was after I went up and asked. No one said anything. I will not be returning back to this location. Not even for a follow-up. These girls lack organization and clearly don't know how to properly manage a medical office front desk. Highly disappointed read more

So it took me over 3 weeks to get an appointment thru my primary Dr.; since I was told I needed a referral. So I get the appointment the appointment is confirmed & I received paperwork to do in advance; which I completed. I showed up at the appointment & was told they did not have a referral number & could not see the Dr. without it & I was responsible for getting the referral # even though my primary Dr. sent over the approval. Upon arriving home I looked over the paperwork & in small print in the clinical notes it said "NO AUTHORIZATION" required. So I called back 2 hrs later & was 1st informed we still needed a referral #!! Then they called back & MIRACULOUSLY saying they "just got it" even though it had been three weeks. Then she asked if I wanted another appointment after wasting all MY TIME & the obvious answer was NO after this ordeal!! Even though it is very convenient to our home. Thanks anyway I will find another Urologist with better office staff. Lennie R read more

Front desk lady was nice. Doctor Holowell was on time. He appeared as educated and respectful. We didn't have to do any treatments or surgeries. Therefore, can share only basic knowledge *THERE IS NO WATER FOR THE PATIENTS. Make sure to have yours with you. read more

Horrible experience, I waited 90 minutes for my appointment . They have no consideration for your time. Then they told me because it was so late they couldn't do any test and wanted me to return another day. No thanks. read more

Dr Holowell is great! Very knowledgeable and understanding. Straight and to the point.

let me start with saying the doctor is amazing, so this is not a complain for any of the doctors in this practice but a complain about their front desk employees, they are so unprofessional, they make you wait over 1 hour to call you even if you have an appointment, then try to make you pay expenses that the insurance covers, also mislead the patience by telling them they are sending medicine right away when they have not send anything making the patient waste their time going to the pharmacy just to find out they forgot to send the medicine to the pharmacy. terrible customer service from the front desk. read more

The practice is lacking professionalism, procedure and policies. Having lived in Coral Springs for over 30 years this is by far the worst urology practice. Referred here by surgeon on emergency after surgery and catheter. No returned phone calls for 3 days with a UTI and fever. No procedure on home care for enlarged prostrate. Google answered my questions. I should have been given instructions on how to relieve symptoms and pain. Warm baths. Heating pads. I would not trust them for any procedure. I checked around with many Coral Springs doctors I know personally. Doctors tend to not say bad only " I would have sent you elsewhere". read more

I went for a consultation for a vasectomy and the doctor told me I need a mental evaluation before he would do the procedure.
