Everything good I want to say about this place would be an understatement! My boyfriend (he's Chilean) and I came in starving and by simply smelling the food we knew we're in for the real deal. We ordered a beef empanada, a green plantain tamale, and baked chicken and roasted pork with yellow rice and beans. The meat was moist, perfectly spiced, and so dang delicious! The pork skin was perfectly crisp with a juicy layer of fat underneath. We also got flan and tres leches. Tres leches is my favorite but I didn't even know I like flan. My boyfriend loved the mango juice!!! Finally just blended mangoes and not some store bought juice made from a concentrate. What makes this place even better is the Spanish music and a welcoming owner who chatted with all customers. The entire restaurant got into a conversation at some point too! This is something you rarely find in the US - the feeling of being truly welcomed. We really enjoyed talking to William.
