A friend asked me to try out the 5:30am, early morning Adult Body Conditioning class with her (they have several other times as well but this time is the only one I couldn't make an excuse for!) and ever since then I have been HOOKED! Not only does this class give me more energy throughout my day and more confidence in my body, it does wonders for the mind and spirit! Somehow... I wake up 4-5x's per week and drive 20 minutes to what I refer to as 'my therapy'.
