Pure Barre is a 55 minute full body workout using isometric exercises to push your muscles to the point of fatigue. This is where the change happens! I immediately saw results after starting Pure Barre. As if seeing results made this workout addicting enough, the classes are actually fun! Although the flow of the class remains the same, the movements change each class so you will never do the same exact workout twice. I recommend parking in the back behind the Hyatt. Kylie was my Barre structor and she did a fabulous class full of likeminded women wanting to get their sweat on! She started promptly on time, had a great routine full of different exercises- plus the music was so on point! I felt the studios and bathrooms were very clean and welcoming. Come give this boutique studio a shot! Just be in work out cloths and bring a water bottle!
