This is by far the best work out ever! I have been going there for 4 years and absolutely love it and recommend it highly. It doesn't matter your age or fitness level because modifications can be made to customize it to you. It's a total body work out in 55 minutes combining Pilates, yoga and ballet, but no previous experience is required. It's constantly changing and each instructor makes it their own, so you never get bored or don't feel challenged. Every employee is welcoming and very nice, so you feel comfortable when you first walk through the door. All instructors are skilled, knowledgeable and helpful to those taking the class. Pure Barre is by far the best workout I've ever done and it's the only workout that I see actual results. With past workouts at a gym, I used to loathe going and just forced myself to go to get in some exercise. With PB, not only have I become addicted, but almost miss it when I go even a day without it! I can also say the Hudson studio is fantastic. You're not just someone who comes into the studio for an hour, the owners and instructors really get to know you and you become part of the family. I started at Pure Barre- Hudson about an year and half ago. I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with the best 50 minutes of my day! My physical strength has increased and I leave class energized. Each class is different and challenging, no matter what age or fitness level you are at. I've been going to PB Hudson for 4 years and it never gets easier, and I mean that in the best way possible. Every class the instructors challenge and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Every instructor is so kind and helpful and the clients are all amazing. Pure Barre is, hands down, the most effective workout for woman. I have been a member at the Hudson studio for 3 years and can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my 28 year life. Pure Barre is THE BEST workout for mind, body, and spirit!! The instructors are wonderful and so motivating! You'll gain a community of new friends who will help encourage you, too! LOVE PB! I've been going for about 4 months and can't say enough good things about it! After about 10 classes I felt noticeably stronger and tone has continued to improve since then! Once you're comfortable with the regular PB class, kick-up the calorie burn with the more cardio-intense Empower class. It's a wonderful pairing!
