All of the instructors are patient and give you great tips to perfect the form. Things I love about this studio...1. Every class is different and always challenging. 2. A few weeks later I started to notice changes in my body such as definition in my shoulders, stronger shapelier legs, and tighter stronger core. I went from attending class 2-3 days a week to 5 days a week. The instructors are amazingly motivating, as are the other clients. It's a real family feel when you enter the studio. I have now taken over 1000 classes, and recommend the class to everyone.

I scheduled the class, but we were sick, and had to cancel. I canceled by noon the day before; they charged me an additional $20.00 late cancelation charge. Now up to $96.00 for a class for my daughter and myself. Last week I sent an email asking for a refund of $76.00. They told me they will not give me my money back and that I only had 30 days to schedule the class. We never took a class and they are keeping our money. I do not recommend Pulse Barre and Fitness, it has been a complete disappointment and poor customer service .

The ladies at the front were super friendly and our instructor was not only helpful, but helped modify my friend's class who is 8 months pregnant. I left feeling very refreshed, but it wasn't until I was back in New York did I truly see how great of an experience I had. I opened my mailbox to find a hand written letter from the the Youngstown team. They remembered I was there for a baby shower and wished me safe travels home.
