It's not bad but I've been to places just as good that don't have quite the wait and can substitute a bit more and flavor is just as good if not better. I had a tough time finding things I could eat.

This time I got al pastor, and there were some firm bites of pineapple, but otherwise everything inside was neutral. A lot of cheddar cheese that had no flavor drowned out anything else. In the past I've gotten carnitas inside and will have to return to that to see if the quality of the food has gone down or just that I'm not a fan of their al pastor. Overall, I still love El Traviezo and recommend them, but this was not a five star visit.
