Came into Moe's for Moe's Monday and this location I have to say is not very busy and the inside is not the cleanest. The prep station is a little messy and they were out of a lot of things. They were able to still make our food but wasn't replenishing anything. I got a rice bowl and I will say everything tasted good. It was hot by the time I got home. And the chips weren't stale this time. This was probably 2 hours before they closed so I understand why they probably wouldn't want to do some of those things, but there was still people coming in to eat when we were leaving. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ate here weekly as a child, about 20 years ago, and I remember the food didn't really matter, it was the VIBE!!! This place used to be so cool. I loved the hippie aesthetic and the cool music they used to play. Now there's no music, it's drab and corporate grey like how rest of the world seems to be turning. The staff is not friendly at all either. Except the cashier. I hated to ask, but my burrito had the hardest, crunchiest rice in it and she let me get it re-made. The person who is always there making the food is so unfriendly it hurts. I get having social anxiety (I have it) but they are just so closed off and apathetic... it's unsettling and then the fact that the store has no style anymore, just white and grey, place is really depressing. Moe's also tried to be funny and put up a memorial for the menu items that "died" and are no longer on the menu. Honestly I find it disturbing. But anyway I wish I just kept my original burrito, cause they remade it purposely with less ingredients in it and it just wasn't hitting like the first one did. I guess I could've lived with the hard, half cooked rice. They also did not change out the rice. So more people can order hard crunchy rice! Yay. And no more Moe Monday???? The food is so overpriced. Listen people... im a 90's baby and Moe's was my #1 go to in my youth... which means i experienced Moe's at its prime, during the pandemic and now unfortunately during its decline...Don't come to this location and waste your money or your time. Because Moe's must hate us to have let it get to this point.....The rice is always overcooked, the poblano "creama" has been more poblano "runny" its very watered down, the meat is dried out like it was cooked years ago and resold. This location no longer, i repeat DOES NOT HAVE a freestlye soda machine which means NO MOE-RITA. BIG DISAPOINTMENT! And dont even get me started on these Oily/Stale/Bendy wendy/ caked on salt crumb of a disgrace to tortilla chips they want to call chips. What has happened to the quality of food at this location. My review is not targeted towards the way I was treated but for the way the staff is treated. I'm delivering for DoorDash and came to this location for an order. There was about 5 other doordash drivers here PLUS people ordering their food inside and there's only ONE. EMPLOYEE. HERE!!! This is absolutely absurd for a quality establishment like this to make their staff suffer from one-man closing shifts. if ANYONE deserves a higher role in this facility it should be RICHARD!! My issue is how unclean the place is. Staff was simply fine. The food tastes average but the place is filthy. They don't clean. I was looking at dust and dirt along the window sill at a booth and noticed the sat shaker, picture posted. My husband asked if I noticed how messy the food prep area was, I wasn't paying attention though. I stopped eating and let the fam finish before leaving. Horrible customer service. Some of the worst I have ever experienced. I was actually in shock as it was happening. I usually put it down to having a bad day but I felt like I was being punked or on the set of Waiting this was that bad. Then looking at other reviews & the 2.5 stars I guess I wasn't. Extremely poor customer service around 2 pm on 6/30/2023. I don't appreciate staff yelling across the business at me whether there is a problem or not because my online order is not ready even though the website provided an estimated time of completion. It is not my fault this location is short staff. On top of that I ordered kicking cayenne on the side and the drowned my burrito with the sauce. I'm disgusted and disappointed. After leaving the establishment an man said to me we had to wait online over 10 minutes as well. I remember when moes first opened it was an experience and the food was good. Long gone are the days of "WELCOME TO MOES" lackluster employees, just going through the motions, no drive to excel or do a good job. I'm sure the owners are struggling to find workers, that's seems to be the case everywhere. The counters are filthy, the food in each pan had little left and they are scraping the bottom of the pan serving the lowest quality bits. I ordered "the stack" it looked good in ideation, but the execution was flavorless and thrown together. The queso was watery the chips not sure if they even added salt. I feel for the franchise owner, I'm sure they invested a lot of money into this location. To have the employees ruin it. On the wall hang rules for the shift, interesting to say the least and out there for all to see. It's a shame that employees have to be told and reminded of soft skills. Simple things like don't be on your phone while working, and basically that you can't hide from work in the bathroom. I feel their pain in this poisonous culture of "quiet quitting". I don't like writing reviews like this, I hate it and I try to keep it food oriented. The food in this case was terrible, 5 years ago this place had great food. Not so much now, I will not be returning. This was my 2nd visit in a month and both times the food was terrible and the service was dismal. Went here for lunch today and it was SUPER UNDERWHELMING. First of all we weren't greeted with the usual welcome to Moes. Next they didn't have any peppers and all the meat looked kind of crusted over. The workers forgot to give us our kids cup and cookie so we had to ask for that and feel like we were bothering them. We also requested some green salsa (usually my favorite) and it tasted off, almost chemical like. So we didn't eat that. The workers were nice enough, but the one girl working had her mask well below her nose and I don't really care for that. Ask came to find out they now use instant rice and canned corn. I got a stack to go and my stack was amazing, though the rest of my experience is lack luster. I asked and paid for queso which I never received and didn't notice wasn't there until I got back home, which is a bit away from this location. Some of chips were also stale and the salsas I grabbed aren't cold - which if room temp is the intended serving temperature then that's on me. This location has been open forever and I don't have any other complaints... kinda mad about my queso I won't lie haha. Definitely recommend checking your whole order before you leave but I would say that for just about any fast food place. read more

First, I'm not sure how these kinds of restaurants get such terrible reviews OTHER THAN the quality of product which is not present here at this location. the customer literally tells the line workers what to put on so I'm not sure how a line worker can mess up on their order. YOU messed up the order, not the line worker. Anyways, this location has ALWAYS been a great place to eat. Great, light atmosphere with really good music that's not played too loud. The line workers and register workers are alway in a great mood and they always let me know that adding quest to my Joey burrito cost extra. They accept Apple Pay which is a big one for me. This location must have terrible management, because seriously EVERY time I get something from here something is wrong! Not once, not twice, not even three times. This time, I get someone else's stack! Last time my cup of queso was like 1/3 full and no queso inside my stack. There have been multiple times when the chips weren't properly cooked and they were all greasy and leathery--disgusting. Manager must be spending their whole day creating new aliases to leave positive reviews to counter the bad ones--cause I cannot truly believe anyone can have anything positive to say about this location--and management clearly isn't paying attention to what the employees are doing. We arrived at this location at around 8:00pm when the posted hours state they close at 9:00. When we came in, we were the only customers ordering and there were two separate people dining in. When we went to order, they informed us that they had a very limited selection of meat left (only ground beef and chicken). There was only one person making each order and checking people out while the other worker was just sweeping the floor which slowed the process to get our food greatly. Besides that, there was no ice available and when we went to dine in, the worker came up to us and told us we could not dine in as they were closing. There was still over 40 minutes until the posted closing time and no where did it state that dine in closed early. They essentially kicked us out while 2 other parties still sat and ate. Hubby and I come here usually every Monday for Moe's Monday! You can get any burrito, a drink, and chips for $5.99! The food: Awesome - I've been coming more now since they offer whole wheat tortillas (I don't like flour) and give you unlimited veggies at no additional cost (queso, extra meat do cost extra) The staff: there's no one really waiting on you and you do have to be quick on the draw when it's busy in there to choose what you want in the assembly line, but never bad The atmosphere: laid back with unique menu names (i.e. the Other Doug - the Hangover, remember?) from movies and Pop/Rock icon look alike photos on the walls I love their green salsa & salsa in general...even though I make my own, theirs is super yum and unlimited! The one in Brandon also has the Coke Freestyle machine where you can make over 100s various beverage selections (not all at once I'm sure ;) but it's definitely an awesome addition! read more

Welcome to Moes! Over-sized burritos or Nachos exactly how you want it. Lots of food for reasonable prices. Don't expect amazing Mexican food because this is burritos meet fast food but without a drive-through. Its a burrito assembly line (much like subway). Definitely a better quick option then Taco Bell! The self serve salsa bar is fun and yummy. They have seasonal options as well as some regulars. Everything comes with chips and you can add a side of queso. This location is better (and more generous with toppings) then the Brandon location so its this one over that one every time! The ingredients are always fresh. I get the Joey jr because the Joey is way too big for me. A great option if you are sort of in a hurry but want to sit down to something that isn't a greasy hamburger. read more

Moe's is yet another cafeteria style Mexican place, although they bill themselves as Southwest. Typical fare, burritos, nachos, bowls. Nothing really stood out as you pick you main entree and then do the Subway thing, I want this, this, this......you get the idea. And it all comes out rather bland and tasteless except for the quacamole which of course is not one of the free toppings. The most interesting thing here is the menu....check out the titles. The most irritating thing is when you enter all the staff yell welcome to Moes, if you can understand what they are saying. It's all rather silly.
