Staff do not seem to know much about technical jargon either. Not many sizes or selection of products. I think the place could be greatly improved, starting with change in management, training of staff to become more knowledgeable about outdoor gear, hiring people who are genuinely interested in the outdoors.

I would have given Atmosphere 5 stars but, whenever he would bring me shoes he would then run away. In my day, the shoe clerk would always stay with you and see if the shoes fit and then bring you another pair. Perhaps, it has just been too long since I have been in a real store as I do most of my shopping online. Maybe, this is just the way stores are now, I don't know but, all in all, it was a positive experience.
