I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. Once we found All-American K-9 and Erika, we knew we had hit the jackpot. We handed our sweet (but crazy) Labrador over to her for a 3-week Board & Train, with a little trepidation. After 3 weeks, we were amazed to get back the most well-behaved, calm dog. Not only did Erika train Finn, but she also taught us how to keep up the training. The responsiveness is unparalleled. I always get well-thought-out and specific answers to my questions within a few hours. I also love that this isn't just a one-and-done training. We have lifetime access in case we have questions, which is a relief, since we have someone who knows Finn and can help in the future. I met with Michelle 3 times all less than 1 hour and spent well over $2,000. Quite disappointed and wish I would have seen more honest reviews prior. She does push for positive reviews at her first visit. Like someone else mentioned she teaches you to bark and growl at your dogs to get them to listen and follow commands.
