They went out to try and swap it, but the posts were too corroded, and there was fear that if they removed the clips from the battery posts that the corrosion may be too bad and it wouldn't start. Fortunately, Moises was willing to take the chance and promised me that if anything went wrong, he'd fix it so he gently removed the post, took off the corroded clamp, installed a brand new clamp reinstalled the new battery and my truck fired right up. He then ran system check of the charging system and everything came back great. So hopefully it was just that corroded clamp. Thank you all for your help in your service. It's greatly appreciated.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the service I received today or lack thereof…read more I walked in, there was one person being waited on at the counter and I was the only other customer in the store. An employee walked behind the counter, looked at me, didn't say a word and started looking at the computer. Another female employee walked up beside him, looked directly at me, she failed to acknowledge me. I continued to stand there for another 5-10 minutes till I was angry enough that I walked out. I was never acknowledged as a customer, I will not go to that store again. I had a simple item to order, yet they could not even take a few minutes to help me. Very, very disappointed.
