This was a chance encounter after work at another mobility dealer did not go well. These guys are azing, and go leaps and bounds beyond what is required to make sure we have what we need, every time. Their work is fantastic and they are extremely creative, which is a must in this industry to make things work. They stand behind what they do and satisfaction and happiness is their priority. Their customer service is amazing and they are just good people all the way around. My ramp was badly damaged and had to be completely replaced. Not only did they me in quickly after I was left hanging by another place, but it was done right, the first time and they worked seamlessly and patiently with me to sort out insurance. My next go is a modified truck with a lift. They were already kind enough to let me watch the install delivery of another job so I could see how it works. Once we can make that transition I will be back for my own install and would not go anywhere else for my mobty needs. Much love, guys read more

We have been coming to Modesto Mobility Center for our 2 wheelchair accessible vans for several years now. Daniel does a great job with the diagnosis of the problems, and we always get great service at a reasonable cost. They have a customer waiting area. They've had a coffee machine previously, but now they have a new technology coffee/expresso machine (still no charge). They have a snack machine with low prices such as a candy bar for 25 cents. They sell & service mobility vans with lifts & ramps, power chairs and other mobility aids. They get an A+. read more

*We rented a Mobility Van here. Several things happened on our trip. *The car was shaking and pulling to the left. It felt like the transmission was going out. Every time we stopped it was shaking. *We were not able to go faster than 60 mph. *When we used the mobility ramp, we had to manually pull it out because the motor wasn't working. *The USB Port wasn't working. That meant our cell phones ran out of charge. That meant we were not able to use the GPS to look up driving directions and ended up taking the wrong exit. *Danny, the Manager argued with us and said the spark plugs were changed the day before. *When we requested compensation, Danny said he could give us a small discount. *Does anyone know who the owner of Modesto Mobility Center is? read more

I have ordered vests from Modesto Mobility in the past. However, my recent experience with them has not been good. I work for a school district, so when we need something we need it fairly quickly. I have called 6 times over the past two months. I am told someone will call me back. No one ever does. One time I call and I'm told the vest is ordered. The next time I'm told it has not been ordered. It's been very frustrating. So, I had to find a different vendor. read more

Went in to get hand controls. They were great with customer service and making sure the hand controls fit perfect. I had to go back a second time because if my fault in measuring for the new hand controls. Robert was great with coming up with a solution and fixed it without an issue. I came here for repairs for my ramp on my 04 toyota sienna rampvan. They told me they'll do the maintenance and find out what was wrong within an hour. Well it took 3-4 hours. Not only did they fix the ramp they also fix the door and made sure everything was in good working order. They take pride in what they do and really cater to customers needs. These guys are great! If your looking for any adaptive products this is the place to go. It's nice to know that there are still good honest people out there who aren't just there to make a quick buck. Called and asked a very specific question: "How much DID you charge for the Bruno Stow Away lift in the youtube video for the 2012 F-350 truck?" The young man decided to take control away from customer and asked if I was interested in having one put on and that I needed to bring in the vehicle to get a quote. I reminded him I had already asked a very specific question and if he wouldn't mind answering my question first. He explained the customization of the video but refused to answer the question again. I reminded him why I called, how frustrated I was that he would not answer my very specific question and if he wouldn't answer my question, could I please speak to someone else there who could. He said he was the only one there (but he could have been "can do" guy and had someone call me back later, but apparently is a "can't do" guy and left it at that). At this point, I thanked him for doing nothing but leading me on a frustrating customer service experience and that I would be shopping (and spending money) with another mobility center, and that I would be leaving a negative review on social media. He wasn't bothered by that and just said, "Thank you." For really good customer service and to save an incoming sales call, he simply could have said, "I don't know, I can have someone call and let you know," but his ego would not allow a female customer to maintain control and get what SHE needed. read more
