    Very good customer service Great choices on role laters. 3 wheel for wheel and scooters as well. A little pricey but great quality.

    This was a chance encounter after work at another mobility dealer did not go well. These guys are…read moreazing, and go leaps and bounds beyond what is required to make sure we have what we need, every time. Their work is fantastic and they are extremely creative, which is a must in this industry to make things work. They stand behind what they do and satisfaction and happiness is their priority. Their customer service is amazing and they are just good people all the way around. My ramp was badly damaged and had to be completely replaced. Not only did they me in quickly after I was left hanging by another place, but it was done right, the first time and they worked seamlessly and patiently with me to sort out insurance. My next go is a modified truck with a lift. They were already kind enough to let me watch the install delivery of another job so I could see how it works. Once we can make that transition I will be back for my own install and would not go anywhere else for my mobty needs. Much love, guys

Daniel does a great job with the diagnosis of the problems, and we always get great service at a reasonable cost. They have a customer waiting area. They've had a coffee machine previously, but now they have a new technology coffee/expresso machine (still no charge). They have a snack machine with low prices such as a candy bar for 25 cents. They sell & service mobility vans with lifts & ramps, power chairs and other mobility aids. They get an A+.

    In my limited experience with Premier (purchase and service of an Invacare Pronto 51 wheelchair),…read morethe face-to-face experiences in my home with the sales guys and with the service technician have been 5-star. Unfortunately, whomever handled my recent phone inquiries regarding the need for a service call had me searching for someone else to handle the repairs. Day 1: My first voice mail inquiry went unanswered. Day 8: I called again and got a human who said that if I would fax in a repair prescription someone would get with me to set up a home visit. I sent in the fax right away. ~Day 13: I called and left a voice message requesting a return call to let me know what to expect. By then I expected nothing from dispatch. I went fishing for a different provider but didn't find any local repair dealers for the Pronto who would work with my insurer (United Healthcare-Sutter/Gould). There might be a match around, but I didn't find one. ~Day 20: A repair tech called and came out the same day. Again, a 5-star experience. The fellow was friendly and knowledgeable, though he had to let me know it would take another 2 weeks to return with the required parts and make the repairs. Obviously I don't know where the glitch in the system is, but in 2014 it shouldn't take more than a few days for a factory authorized dealer to receive any needed parts and to get the job done. Bottom line; kudos to the guys in the field and blah to the office and parts source.
