Their service was very good. Two and a half years ago, we moved to Stockton for work-related reasons. We assumed we would be able to rely on this local office. So far their service has been very poor. It takes far too long to have a technician service wheelchairs in the owner's home. Recently, I spent the better part of 2 days trying to get help repairing a necessary part. So much wasted time. I finally got through to someone at the National Call Center who quite literally walked me through the repair via video, so in essence, I had to do the repair myself. I can say I was treated rather rudely by various employees I spoke with who insisted the part had to be replaced, but gave me no option to have it replaced quickly. We couldn't have waited over several weeks for an appointment to simply assess the part & then wait again for the order to arrive. Not good quality service overall from the Stockton office.
