Our family absolutely loves our new Stressless furniture. We purchased a sectional (that we were…read moreable to customize to fit our room) and a recliner/ottoman. The orthopedic back and neck support, along with the ability to properly size the frames to fit our "human" frames, provides a phenomenal level of comfort. We purchased our Stressless furniture from The Bone Store in Stockton, CA. They were a pleasure to work with and even had a specific model delivered to their Stockton store so we could try it out without having to drive all they way to Fresno. In addition, The Bone Store has a great selection of supportive footwear that our podiatrist recommended. For top quality orthopedic furniture and footwear along with top notch customer service, we highly recommend The Bone Store!!!

So the associates went and called her boss at the Fresno store . Spoke with The owner Todd he would not honor the price that was posted on the chair. He only wanted to give a 25 dollar discount on a error that was made by the associate who is also 82 years old that made the mistake. How many days had the tag been on the chair. I know everyone needs a job. As customer i don't know that the tag is wrong it should have been honored and if you don't want to honor people you should makesure your tags are correct before the store open

They have seen me through every step of the process- easy hard and everything in between and going above and beyond anything that they should have to do or put up with on so many occasions. I am on my third chair right now, each one technically and physically fitted tailored to my needs by both the office and field staff... I am truly grateful for this great team of people, and every time I am asked about my disability, my chair, or a possible recommendation of where to go this is the only one that ever comes out of my mouth... I would never go anywhere else‍‍

This review is specifically for the Stockton CA office. We originally purchased a Permobil…read moremotorized wheelchair from this company's Hayward office when we lived in San Francisco. Their service was very good. Two and a half years ago, we moved to Stockton for work-related reasons. We assumed we would be able to rely on this local office. So far their service has been very poor. It takes far too long to have a technician service wheelchairs in the owner's home. Recently, I spent the better part of 2 days trying to get help repairing a necessary part. So much wasted time. I finally got through to someone at the National Call Center who quite literally walked me through the repair via video, so in essence, I had to do the repair myself. I can say I was treated rather rudely by various employees I spoke with who insisted the part had to be replaced, but gave me no option to have it replaced quickly. We couldn't have waited over several weeks for an appointment to simply assess the part & then wait again for the order to arrive. Not good quality service overall from the Stockton office.
