I was told that they would cancel the order but would not be able to send me an email indicating that the order is cancelled. What? The foreign "customer service" rep was rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said her supervisor said she was in a long call and couldn't do anything more for me. The rep spoke over me and kept getting louder telling me that I accepted what she told me about the cancellation. This was a horrible experience. I see their rating of 1.2 stars and so get it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I fear I will never see the $1000.00.

She stormed off after giving me a dirty look and went to register and approved the change. No thank you or sorry just a dirty glare. I ended up getting charged twice for an item and had to go back to the store a few minutes later. Jon took care of it and was friendly. A few days later we had a return and an online purchase. My partner went in and sadly got Tracy again. She wasn't going to give her the online order because there was one letter spelled wrong on the name. Foster was spelled Fostee (my fault). Once again unhappy and rude. I know retail is hard and people generally stink. But if you can't be pleasant maybe consider something different or work behind the scenes.

Fortunately, we were able to adjust our morning schedule to accommodate their unannounced change of time. The product is ok, it makes adjustment noises mid day when no one has touched it for 8-10 hours (is it already malfunctioning?). A two-month multi-step delay in delivery is poor service and, because they insist on taking half an hour upon purchase to set-up your account and tell you how to operate the mattress, when they sit on delivery for many extra weeks that knowledge is no longer fresh.

The items I paid for that caught my eye were decorative. When I left it was raining lightly and I was pleased that I found a nice play to shop. The store has a different choice and theme that revolves sort of every so often with new merchandise and ideas. Kind of like an exhibit at a museum. I visit the area for dining and shopping and entertainment occasionally. The luxury hotels are perfect and ocean side. The movie theaters are entirely unexpected.
