If a new mattress is in your future, I would like to recommend Wayne Adkins, Sales Manager at the…read moreBed Store in Powell, TN. He helped me with the purchase of a Kinesis latex mattress. First of all, he gave me a call when the mattress went on sale, and continued throughout the sale process, answering my questions with his expertise. He cares about his customers and if you have a problem, he treats it as if it's his own. I would also like to give a shout out to Dillard and Brad, the two young men who delivered the mattress. They were so nice and very careful with the delivery, making sure it was placed just as I wanted before they left. Mr. Cunningham should be pleased to have all three of these gentlemen representing his business. I love my Kinesis mattress! Ann W.

I brought home and laid my foam mattress on top of it and marked it to cut my queen foam mattress to match size of box springs all went well until I put bed together and the box springs was too narrow it is 52 1/2 inches instead of 55 causing the rails to stick out 2 1/2 inches past the box springs 1 1/4 on each side causing a slop effect because the box springs was too small and I have already cut the mattress to match the box springs had to resort to cutting the queen size rails to make it close up so the box springs would fit better. If I had not cut and ruined my mattress thinking it was 55 as it was SUPPOSE to be I can assure you they would have remade the SOB to a true 55 inches as I was told so NO I DO NOT recommend them ever and nor will I ever go back! Have caused us a LOT of extra work!

Brandon was patient; he gave me space to shop alone but would check on me often. Now the delivery experience was completely different. There were two men delivering, one was nice the other was rude, deliberately damaged several of my items and when I brought it to his attention he was flip. This individual was in his 50s at least so he was old enough to know better. I would definitely recommend the store and Brandon, but I'd be cautious on the delivery and installation of the products.
