After he made an examination, he informed me that my problem was neither termites nor carpenter ants. My problem was carpenter bees. To be candid, I had never heard of carpenter bees. They claimed to have run a 2" blade 100 feet in a blocked pipe and said it was "Good To Go." The sewage back-up continued and two subsequent plumbers said Pearson could never have run a 2" blade 100 feet. Pearson came back to correct the issue, but did not have the promised hydrojetting equipment needed for the job. This was a waste of our time and money! Pearson could not find a clean out drain and wanted to charge extra for a different "access". Our new plumber easily found the clean out drain in the bathroom. BUYER BEWARE!! USE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER.
