I have been working with Bug Lady Pest Control since summer 2022. The quality of the service is great! I find the company's offers affordable and reasonable within the current price climate. I have never had an issue where I needed to call the service in between sessions but am reminded that at any point (no matter the season) I can call if needed and support would be at no charge due to the plan I work with. Sessions are quick, scheduled in advance, and always on time. I am offered dates and times that work best for me as opposed to filling forced to fit in within their schedule. I am never advertised or pushed for something more. I truly respect this business and all their hard work! read more

Nothing is bugging me now that I use "The Bug Lady" pest control. I was using Orkin for a year because they make you sign a contract and they come every two months weather you like it or not. They're very expensive too. With "The Bug Lady" she has reasonable rates, you call her when you need too (which for me was one time and her product lasted almost an entire year!) Her product is all natural, no chemicals, she really knows what she's doing, very professional and a nice person too. I also love her Bug Lady truck! Tell all your friends! read more

Called and left a message, waited 24+ hours for a call back. Scheduled an appointment for a week away from phone call. Waits til the night before to send a text message cancelling the appt. I would give a 0 if that were an option. read more

She came highly recommended but I left a clear and detailed voicemail two days ago and never got a response. From the reviews that I have read, she does an amazing job For established customers, but maybe she is too busy to take on new ones. I just think that returning a call is just good business... Either way! I was able to find another exterminator who was more than happy to return my call and have my business... They use natural products as well! read more

My neighbor spoke very highly of the bug lady so I went to her website and sent her a request. After not hearing back from her after a few days, I called her and left a message. That was about a week ago and still nothing. I thought maybe she wasn't in business anymore, but I just saw a commercial on TV for her. So, I guess I'll start making calls for other exterminators. read more

Whatever chemicals she uses does NOT work. Always says she needs to come back 2-3 times to get the job done. Have used her numerous times and fell for her "sales pitch" every time. When I have called her to discuss issues she is very rude. Left numerous messages for her with no response. Will not EVER recommend her. read more

We've used the bug lady for years and have found her to be very responsive. She is thorough, leaves detailed reports and is always in the look out for potential problems --even issues with the house like leaks of potential entry points for pests. Also is always careful to use non harmful products where our animals live in the backyard. We have her come twice s year and it is well worth it. I've used Chris for spiders and once for fleas. You won't find a more customer oriented, personable company to work with for pest control. She's always quick to respond. She's honest with her answers and reasonably priced. And quite frankly I find her to be an all around good person. A agree with others reviewers: while every company can have a situation once in awhile where the service just doesn't meet the expectations of their customer, I find that type of situation would be extremely rare with this company and would be more inclined to question just how realistic the customer's expectations really are. Would NOT recommend. Recently had a pest issue in my house which needed to be addressed. She returned my call but was extremely unhelpful, uninterested and not willing to answer my questions. Basically told me to call someone else because she was too busy! What? I called another place, a local business who was more than willing to help and answer my questions and concerns AND capable to get rid of my pest issue! I am writing this because I feel that certain pests can put a huge strain and trauma on your life and you need reliable businesses to go to, I definitely wouldn't recommend her by the manner she spoke with me and such uninterest.
