Open on Saturday - unlike many other companies. When I spoke with Terry he confirmed my suspicions that the very tiny bugs were Not Clover mites as was told me by 2 other companies and a google search - which the pictures did not show what I had found. The other companies that I had contacted told me there would be no warranty on anything other than a 5+ appointments per year. And that the only thing I could have seen was Clover mites, without an inspection. And the only way to get an inspection was to sign up for a full year. Based on past experience I knew that that is not necessary. Terry offered me a quote right away for an outside treatment for wasps and didn't require multiple treatments. He also came out & did a follow up & showed me where they were coming in from & fixed that problem as well. He offered me a "clean up' service for Stink bugs, boxelders since I have an over abundance of those.
