Terry was prompt, courteous and professional. He found the source of my mouse problem and took care of it. Great job.

Open on Saturday - unlike many other companies. When I spoke with Terry he confirmed my suspicions that the very tiny bugs were Not Clover mites as was told me by 2 other companies and a google search - which the pictures did not show what I had found. The other companies that I had contacted told me there would be no warranty on anything other than a 5+ appointments per year. And that the only thing I could have seen was Clover mites, without an inspection. And the only way to get an inspection was to sign up for a full year. Based on past experience I knew that that is not necessary. Terry offered me a quote right away for an outside treatment for wasps and didn't require multiple treatments. And gave me a treatment for the tiny bugs I found that did not require professional treatment. So glad I found them in my new home town. read more

Always professional and amazing customer service. We've had little to no problems with them or bugs since we started using them over 5yrs ago. read more

Terry is great. Answers calls quickly and has given me pricing over the phone both times. We used him last year for yellow jacket removal. We saw results immediately after he sprayed. This year we called him again for spraying the exterior of our house for a variety of bugs. He came the next day and I have already seen a dramatic drop in Asian beetles on my flowers and earwigs. Would definitely use Midwest Pest Control again. They have a yearly maintenance plan with three sessions for one price and we are considering that for next year. read more

I bought a 100+ year old home in Woodstock three years ago and have dealt with everything from bats to ladybugs. I called Terry after cycling through several different pest removal companies who were of no help at all and am beyond pleased with Terry. He is phenomenal, I would recommend him to any and everyone, you will not find any better. The following day after my first treatment of the inside and outside of my house, the difference was night and day. The ladybugs that had completely taken over my house for months were gone...GONE! Terry is the best around, I 100% suggest you put him on your speed dial. read more

Terry is fantastic! He's very knowledgable and helpful. He educated us in areas where bugs were getting in and sprayed both inside and out . All the lady bugs are gone !! Hooray !! He also made time to visit us the very next day because he realized how distressed I was by the swarm of lady bugs entering my home . Very nice ! read more

As a first time homeowner, I have done much research to choose the best and affordable services possible. Terry is not only affordable but quality also. My family used his service years ago and I watched since I lived there at that time. When I got my own house, I already had confidence in his business. His team came out to my house promptly, were very professional, friendly, and answered my questions while maintaining Covid-required distance. After just three days I have noticed a difference - I haven't seen a single spider or stink bug in my house all weekend despite the warming temps. I highly recommend this company. read more

Midwest pest control came and took care of my wasp problem. Upon calling the office a human being answered the phone. There were no recordings or press this number or leave a message. Terry the owner was most helpful. Response time was quick. My technician Ally was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. It was a wonderful experience working with this company . read more

This is the first time in many, many years that I found myself having to call a bug expert to get rid of some icky critters I apparently inherited from a house I just purchased. My experience with Midwest Pest Control was very positive from start to finish. The owner answered my call promptly himself, was able to accommodate my schedule, and did His magic (and at a reasonable price)!!! So far (1 week) no more bugs!!!! I also like that the company truck is unmarked so as to not advertise to the neighborhood that you're having some "issues". :-). I highly recommend this company! Thanks so much, Terry! You are great or work with! Your many years of experience/expertise are evident! read more

For the second year in a row, Terry has done a great job. After the first treatment last year, he quickly came back a second time because my wife noticed a couple extra spiders. Needless to say, the spiders were gone shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend Terry for his work. And a great way to support a local, small business! read more

Zach from Midwest Pest Control came out the same day I called for the mice in my house. He set the traps & assured me I should be good. He also came out & did a follow up & showed me where they were coming in from & fixed that problem as well. He offered me a "clean up' service for Stink bugs, boxelders since I have an over abundance of those. Since they sprayed I haven't seen the boxelders on the outside of my house or any stink bugs around the house. I would totally recommend Midwest Pest Control. Fast & friendly service. read more

Terry is the man for bed bug issues. Bottom line is you should go with him. We went with him ultimately because of product+service+price, everything you could ask for in someone who is handling a situation for you in a very panicked setting. Why you should call this guy up if you are having bed bug issues: -Product- He uses high quality sprays that do not smell -Service- He is VERY accessible, and answered my wife's 1,572 questions calmly and patiently -Price- Affordable and at the lower end of the range of quotes we got -Knowledge- We picked his brain on the process through and through, he knows what he is doing and what he is talking about -Personality- No frills, straightforward, and honest, what you need when you are freaking about because there is 25+ bugs sleeping with you and waiting until you fall asleep to suck your blood. -Sense of urgency- Came out literally the morning or the next day after we booked him. Long story short, my wife and I, with 2 kids under 3 and another due in a month, found out we had bed bugs and basically melted down due to the first estimates we got for a heat treatment ($2,200!!! are you kidding me!!!????) and the hassle this was going to be. My wife proceeded to call EVERY SINGLE pest contractor in the northwest suburb vicinity, we got at least 7-8 different quotes, and ultimately went with Terry for the above reasons. We had a mild-medium infestation- I would say around 25 bugs, Terry came in for the first treatment and it seemed to do the trick. He comes back a 2nd time to treat to make sure none of the eggs hatched and somehow avoided the treatment, and he gives an honest 90 day guarantee. We have not seen a bug (we've looked everywhere to make sure) and its been two weeks since the 2nd treatment. I would feel very comfortable calling him for a 3rd if we found anything under his 90 day warranty. If you are flipping out right now trying to find the right person to get rid of bed bugs in your house, call Terry, you will not regret it. read more

Midwest Pest Control is top notch. We are new to Roscoe and have a lot of spiders and recently have seen mice on our property. We called Terry and he was an absolute professional. Their price is reasonable but the respect and professionalism showed to my wife and I were what mattered most. So far I have seen no more spiders nor mice and I suspect never will again. They will have my business as long as I live here. Thank you for all your help. read more

Long overdue thank you. I was dealt a terrible hand with bed bugs. I thought I was going to lose my mind, Terry listened to me from the first phone call. I had to call him a couple extra times in between the standard sprays and he was prompt and came by to do more treatments. 90 day guarantee he has and I'm confident he would have came to help til my issue was resolved. I had to do a lot of work to prep and I could not have been, successful without his work. Thank you very much. if God forbid I am ever afflicted again, he is the go to. Thank you for doing above and beyond to help me. I didn't feel like I was helpless. read more
