They installed a full solar panel system plus two Tesla Powerwall batteries for us, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. They were very straightforward, easy to work with, and never overly salesy, which I really appreciated. The install went smoothly, and the crew, Jorge, Isaac, Cesar, D'lo, and Thomas, did an awesome job. Gabe, the owner, has also been super responsive with any questions along the way. I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Aloha Solar Power to anyone considering solar.

First and foremost Gabe at Aloha Solar was the ONLY one where it didn't feel sales pitchy. He went to college for this, believe he grew up off grid on Maui and you can tell right away he's knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Not to mention he had the best pricing and deal out of every other company! Gabe made us feel comfortable with our decision, gave us all the information we wanted, and actually drove out to our house multiple times to chat when we had additional questions and concerns. Is Aloha a smaller company, yes, but will Gabe answer your call when needed, yes! Fast forward install happened within a couple weeks of signing the deal. Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. All were super nice and very professional. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch. If you're thinking about solar, trust me, I did the research and I spoke to all of the sales people. GO WITH ALOHA! You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks to Gabe and the team!

Now I am needing to replace a roof, and they are standing ready to assist in the process of removing and replacing rooftop panels. My trust in them is so strong that I also am using the roofer that they recommend. There are very few companies that I have worked with that have consistently provided value, high levels of customer service, extreme technological expertise and an overall professionalism that Hot Purple Energy has provided to me over the past nine years. Every aspect of my relationship with them has been of the highest caliber, and has been consistently characterized by my trust in their business integrity and in their ability to preform to the highest standard. I highly recommend their services. You cannot go wrong by selecting Hot Purple Energy of Palm Springs for your solar energy needs.

I did my due diligence in trying to find a local company well this company promised a lot and did not deliver. We had many many issues and was promised a lot not to mention our SCE bill would be close to $100 for fees but lately it's be way over $100 so PLEASE BE Very aware of this company over promising. It took 8 months to finally get approved which was beyond our control. I think this company should have done there due diligence but they did not. After many emails to them, SCE and the State of California we finally got approved. Not to mention we were paying double for the loan and the SCE bill. This company paid a partial bill and then ghosted me after everything was installed and approved telling me to go to SCE for explanation of our bill. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

The installers were awesome and got me going quickly. So regarding the communication issues I had with the company, things happen, people get busy and sometimes delays do occur. I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.
